  Pésimo servicio pedí dos frapes y al momento de cobrarme me cobraron uno confiada q habían agarrado bien mi orden me fui ala ventana al momento de recibir mi orden me dieron solo uno hablé con el cajero y no solucionó nada y vino la manager maria y me dijo q no podía cobrarlo no fue mi culpa q no pongan atención en lo q se está pidiendo .. no recomiendo el turno de la tarde se supone q el cliente tiene la razón

  My experience today was not pleasant. I ordered at kiosk. Took a while to get food, did not get drinks so had to go back at get them I had to wait over 15 min just to get my drinks. Then as I’m finally talking to a manager. Another manager Rene starts butting in with a bad attitude/ practically yelling at me. I mentioned that I did not expect for them to stop everything they were doing just to give you my drinks, but to at least acknowledge me and not ignore me when I try to get someone’s attention. It seems like everyone hides behind the walls in order not to have to serve people in the front

  I have come in the morning several times either at 4 am or 4:30 am. Everytime i come they say it's closed that theor system is debuting and it will be between 20 to 30 minutes to open. Why advertise it's open 24 hours if you atjt foing to be. Today I showed up at 3:50 and was told the same thing. So what time are yall actually open?

  Pésimo servicio estuve esperando como 5 min para ordenar en carro y no me atendieron pasaron a otra persona de la otra ventanilla y mejor me fui

  It took them 20 minutes to give me my food, and thats only because I got up to ask why it had been 20 minutes. Also, how are you gonna be a place that caters to kids and not have a changing table in the restroom. I had to change my baby right there on the booth. Good thing is that there were no other people there. But other than that, the area looked pretty clean.
