  I haven't been here personally, but I've used Uber to order through this particular location at least five or six times. But EACH time I'm missing always two or under at least six items. I believe the staff here is either lazy, to just doesn't want to make correct orders. I've gotten hotcake breakfast form this spot three times within the last two week. Each time there was no hotcakes/pancakes, no extra scrambled eggs or sausage or even biscuit when I ordered it. But each time, no matter what, there was never any hotcakes. This more, was literally just one scrambled egg. Y'all need to fix yourself or change your staff. I feel like I have an itchy finger and that Houston audit number is looking really nice real fast.

  no wifi anymore, can’t use app, can’t scan code at kiosk. nope, can’t come here anymore. i have all these points i can’t even see with the app slow enough as it is, having all these points damn adds. now with no wifi, there’s no point.

  Forced to order on kiosk now inside with no hope of speaking to anybody. Kiosk failed to give receipt or order number this morning and guy with food walked away from me as i was speaking to him to let him know. Just kept giving me a thumbs up. Absolutely rude behavior. Next time, I'll go elsewhere. Definitely never going inside to any place that treats people like that, but the forced kiosk is so offputting.
