  1 star. I waited 25 minutes for only 2 Coke Zeros. That is completely insane for two soft drinks. No one even offered alternative drinks when there was clearly an issue — I had to ask myself. The manager, Deeana, was very unprofessional throughout the situation. They also took my phone to verify my order and didn’t even bother to willingly provide me a receipt until I asked for it. Overall, terrible customer service and poor communication. Please do better.

  This place needs a true evaluation by corporate! Management is subpar, there is always a long line. I avoid this place like the plague. You can't even pay at the counter. Without being turned away. Because they don't have change for a $20 bill. And you meal was half the cost! And the manager just looks you in the eye with no care in the world. So if I could give negative stars I would. This is one of the worst McDonald's in Houston!

  A line of 50 cars at the drive-thru at 1 a.m. Delivery drivers were queuing up too—terrible management.
