  Seems like no one works at the front service anymore and its only a Mc Donald’s with pickup,drive thru and ordering via the indoor kiosks 🤷🏽‍♀️ 05/14

  First of all, I ordered two hamburgers with ketchup only for my son, and I receive one with ketchup only and the other one had everything on it and then the ticket it specifies no ketchup. I I ordered a big Mac combo and I told them make it large so when I receive my drinks at the next window, I said I should have a large drink. I guess it was one of them assistance or a manager cause he had a shirt with button collar, told me no on the ticket says medium, I told him OK with when I order my meal I said can you make it large and I’m just looking at my receipt and it says large fry but a medium Coke obviously that’s not what I want. I wanted them both to be large, the Coke and the fries in a very rude manner. He said no you have to specify so what do you want a large fry or a large Coke I just took the medium drink and said you know what just make sure I get a large fry and he also specified well next time you gotta request large drink also because if not, you’re only gonna get one thing either the fries large or the large. I was asked to move to lane 3 in a very bad way. by the time I receive my order, it was 20 minutes later and my order was incorrect. Would never recommend that McDonald’s. I would rather go to another one five minutes further but the other one makes it the right way. Somebody needs to pay more attention to this McDonald’s things are never right rude people in the middle of the night their system is always broken and They don’t answer the speaker.

  Was there yesterday and the breakfast was good but the thing that has me give a 1 star review is the fact that I witnessed a guy accidently bump into a girl and the girl telling him why did you touch me and proceeds to tell the man that she has a knife in her car... it was an accident. Tbh she backed up some and he accidentally bumped in to her. Then the GM (or whoever the older guy in the black shirt was) proceeds to accuse the guy and walks out of the store to look for him then about 10 minutes later I'm in the parking lot and I see the guy come back and the manager is yelling at him outside the store causing another scene. The man was homeless had his own issues and the manager just treats him like crap. The manager didn't even check the cameras to see what actually happened

  This McDonalds is absolutely terrible I just went there and I live a hour away and they literally got my whole order wrong and I was missing items , the customer service is terrible and they never can get the order correct ….. VERY DISAPPOINTING

  I will NO LONGER be spending my money at this location. They’re NOT participating in Teacher’s Appreciation Week this year!! I spend too much money at this location for them NOT to recognize this year!!
