not sure who it was, I didn't check the nametag, but one of the employees (I assume a cashier) here noticed the pokemon plushies clipped to my purse and decided to ask me if I was familiar with a disgusting internet meme relating to pokemon bestiality. don't take your kids to this specific mcdonalds EVER unless you're fine with them getting asked about that because they're wearing a pikachu t shirt or something.

Pésima atención te dejan esperando mas de 20 minutos para cuando estas en la ventana para recoger la orden desirte que tienes que entrar en el loby entonces otras veces vas por el loby y te disen que esta cerrado despues de las dies qué es por la ventana no tienen un horario fijo nunca se sabe por donde ir por la constante desinformación y te tratan muy mal no les interesa hacerte perder el tiempo

I want to recognize Lidia for consistently providing excellent service at the drive-thru. Whenever she is helping hand out orders, coffees come out quickly and are brought directly to the drive-thru as expected.
With other team members, I’m usually asked to park and wait, so something that should be quick takes forever, I have had to wait 10 minutes and once 15min to get the drink! One time I had a back and forth of two sentences when asked to park and by the end of those total of 4 sentences the coffee was done. Was it really necessary to park and wait? Or does it really make it more inconvenient to have one person have to get out of the building and walk while I am also waiting outside? Isn't it better to just do it quickly right away?
Lidia consistently understands the importance of timing and customer service. She gets the coffees out efficiently and keeps the drive-thru moving the way it should. Thank you, Lidia, for your reliability, speed, and great service! 🥰

Low service
I can't name the amount of times I have tried to stop for breakfast and I have been asked to wait on the drive thru parking spot. It is very frustrating. I even ordered ahead thru the app, said I was "here" before entering the area so it could start prepping and there were no cars ahead to order, i still had to wait.
Very very frustrating, the whole point is for it to be quick. If I have to stop and wait, it is easy to be late for work.
If you want the worst service ever at a McDonald's, this is the right place to come—especially in the afternoon. The employee at the second window was extremely rude.
I understand that businesses may be short-staffed, but employees should still treat customers with basic respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, I was yelled at by the young lady working the second window around 5:00 PM on 6/7/2026. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service at this location, and it always seems to be the same issue. Because of this disrespectful and unpleasant experience, I will not be returning.
I am disgusted by the consistently poor customer service at this location.
