  Unfortunately this location is on my route, but whenever I have no choice and order from here, I’m really not satisfied. The prices are higher compared to the other locations, while the quality and service are worse.

  Every time I come I have to pull off to the parking spot on the side. FOR COFFEE! Why do we have to pull off and wait for coffee? Meanwhile people are getting their whole orders and driving past me. Dang even the girl behind me had to wait for a small coffee.

  McDonalds sadly has such unhealthy food and small portions nowadays, for still expensive prices...but this is due to Corporate decisions, not this specific franchise location.

  Wow They deserve less than a 1star we were ordering our food and after few minutes the voice chaged from men to woman and they said what else? We said that’s it again they left us there about 2 minutes and again someone say hello may I take ur order? And we already ordered they said come to the window and then again 5 or 6 min until someone come to the window! The person in the window says what do u want to order? And we said again for the 3rd time we already ordered and the men say No there is no order under you name Omgosh! Well we said we already use our points to place part of the order and they said yeah ok what else you want to order? They charged us they didn’t use our points and we were there for 10 minutes now waiting for the order we asked for the manager and the person in the 2nd window was like in a bad mood when we explained what happened and we asked for the manager well she said the manager is here she can hear you… I said me I speak with her? And I heard the manager with a sound like AGHHH WHAT THEY WANT she didn’t show up we explained to the person in the window what happened and she says to the manager and the manager was talking behind like she wasn’t to resolve what happened with the points and why they charged us she talked without manners always behind she didn’t want to show up… was awful and awkward they finally resolve the problem giving us back the cost of the happy meal I don’t understand why a MANAGER can’t talk or show up to the customers why she needs to be aggressive and defensive we can hear her when we were in the drive thru also what we order was completely a mistake they give us hamburger instead of chicken nuggets my son can’t eat beef and the happy meal was without toy I don’t know who was the manager we just saw partial parts of her face but the restaurant is going down in customer service this is not the first time we had this kind of issue also other friends that came straight from church with the kids and family told us they didn’t comeback bcs they always are doing mistakes and just playing with the people orders again WHERE IS THE MANAGER? Owner OWNER PLEASE STOP BY AND PLEASE do something there!

  The only reason im giving this mcdonalds is Not Because of the food haha. But because of the worker ! I have to catch his name but he's a young african american guy and he is SUPER SWEET! always cheerful always speaking. Smile never leaves his face and he's the reason we go to this one all the time lol. I love a good kind worker. Me or my husband can be at the speaker and say our mobile order code and he already knows it's us lol. I can tell he enjoy what he does even tho a job is a job he never is angry or have an attitude.
