  The food process was very fast but the customer service was very poor. The young guy needs to be working in the back kitchen if he doesn't want to communicate with customers.

  Whoever is working this evening on 5/6/25 needs to be fired. Service was horrible, food is cold, order taker couldn’t get the order right whatsoever. Disappointed but not surprised…

  This particular McDonald’s has gone down you asked them to fix your food a certain type of way they have an attitude then when you ask them to remake the food that they did not make properly they mad my fries was cold and when I mentioned it when they were sitting on the light so so I want fresh fries

  This lady is very rude. I purchased a less formulate person a meal and he was getting a drink when that jerk lady for lack of other words. Shouted at him to get out. He even had the receipt and she told me and the man. Receipt or not he needs to get out. She is very rude and lacks empathy. Went back to her table and started laughing and thinking it was cute with the other lady. Hope she doesn’t have to be in that same predicament. Do better lady!
