  this is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend going to this location unless you like giving away your money just to be unsatisfied with your meal and frustrated. I stay nearby so this is my local McDonald’s and it seems like no matter what day or time of day the wait times are excruciatingly long just for the end result being getting your food overcooked, undercooked, cold, reheated and soggy or just outright bad tasting. It seems like no one here knows what they’re doing outside of working the register, hell it actually seems like no one really cares. I feel like the grease for the fries is never changed and the grills are not cleaned thoroughly. The fries are never fresh and if they’re hot and greasy, they’re soggy because they’re old reheated refried fries. On the occasion that you actually get some fresh hot and crispy fries they taste like old dirty grease. The bread on almost all of my sandwiches is always burnt, overheated, over toast, whatever you want to call it. It is always charred. On one occasion there was a 30min wait for drinks, several customers angrily waiting in lobby, drive thru and parking lot for their drink with their meals, including myself. They basically held everyone up for those 30 minutes before notifying everyone that they couldn’t give us sodas because no one currently working knew how to change out the soda machine bags????? There were like 6 adults in there including the manager who delivered the message. I don’t see how this location is still in business or why people don’t complain enough about it. It’s terrible and the customer service is terrible..

  This is regarding my last order number 1955 on 5/12/26 @7:39PM I ordered a burger with no pickles specifically because i am allergic. and i had added bacon strips as well which i had paid extra. once i got home i was going to eat my food and there was no bacon and there were pickles in my burger which is really upsetting because if i had not checked before eating i wouldve had a bad reaction to that. and no it is not that i got someone elses order because not order was my name confirmed once food was handed to me but on the burger itself there wad the sticker with order details where it states no pickles and bacon strips added . i want to place a formal complaint because this only happened because of carelessness if employees and is a serious matter due to allergies and not only that but is money i spent on the bacon as well as the burger which is now inedible due to it being contaminated by the pickles which im allergic to. i have pictures and I would like for this to be escalated . I have already submitted customer feedback through the app.

  Muy mal servicio mis hijos an ido q comprar y les dieron lo q quisieron, para acabar dijeron q se los cambiaban mañana como si fueran ellos fuera a comer mañana en. Ese caso no vieran brindado el servicio!! Pesiiiiiiimoooooo servicio de la q está en turno 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
