  No customer service. Workers were too busy with the drive thru to bother with the inside customers. Kiosk wouldn't work and the manager couldn't understand enough English to realize what the problem was. Additionally, didn't have the capability to print the receipts once a purchase was made. Had to ask for bathroom to be unlocked. Had to ask for the soda machine to be turned on. They are really pushing the agenda to do away with inside customer interactions.

  Drove up to drive thru speaker after placing my order on the app once I pulled up I was told their was NO sandwiches why was that?? Drive thru cashier was very rude and nasty , so I had to cancel my order very inconvenient

  i placed a mobile order, before my lunch break, around 12-12:30pm. cashier approached me and asked if i had a mobile order. i said yes. she told me to go to the counter. all the workers that was working the mobile order counter. ignored me never asked if i needed help. i asked the cashier if she could check on my order she told me to ask the counter. and walked off to help others no concern. nothing. customers after me was being helped and handed their food. im assuming because they was hispanic and im not. literally passed food around me and no one still acknowledged me. KEPT ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE AND WAS STEADILY IGNORED by multiple staff employees. i HATE the experience cause clearly they prioritize helping their kind versus helping everyone equally. customer experience was HORRIBLE

  Totally ignoring customers. Just needed ketchup packets for my curbside order , go to any other mcdonald's If you can, there's one literally every mile

  Solo venia por un m&m mcflurry y un derpy mcflurry con mi hijo, ya estando pidiendo se nos antojo también unas hamburguesas y unos nugests me cobraron todo bien, despues de un rato me hablan dándome la comida pero que las bebidas ya no tenían, me dieron a escoger unos frapes de caramelo dije que estaba bien despues de otro rato me hablan diciéndome que ya se les habia acabado el chantillin qué va encima los frases estaban horribles les dije que me devolvieran mi dinero que no queria nada y le hablaron a la gerente, y dijo solo te devolveré lo de los frapes le aclare que no toque la comida ya que esperaba las bebidas pero no me hiso caso me tube que ir a mi casa a comer mi comida
