  I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing experience at a McDonald's location. On the morning of my visit, I placed and paid for a mobile breakfast order at approximately 9:50 AM. I initially arrived at the wrong McDonald’s location due to unclear direction, but promptly drove to the correct location and entered the drive-thru line. I arrived at approximately 10:31 AM and was already in line before the 10:30 AM breakfast cutoff. After waiting in line behind three vehicles, I reached the window around 10:37 AM. At that point, I was told that breakfast service had ended and that my order would not be fulfilled—despite the fact that: My order had already been placed and paid for well before the cutoff time I was physically in line at the correct location at approximately 10:30 AM The delay was due to drive-thru wait time, not my arrival What was most concerning was the complete lack of effort to resolve the situation. The manager on duty did not offer any accommodation, alternative, or immediate refund. I explained the circumstances clearly, including being redirected from another location, yet no one attempted to assist or provide a reasonable solution. It is unacceptable for a customer to pay in advance, arrive within a reasonable timeframe, and still be denied service over a matter of minutes—especially when the delay is caused by the restaurant’s own line. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer service, accountability, and basic operational judgment. I am requesting: A full refund for my order A formal review of this location’s handling of mobile orders and customer service practices Clear communication on how situations like this should be handled moving forward I expect a timely response and resolution.

  I recently had a really good experience at McDonald’s. My order was made exactly how I asked, with all the correct ingredients, which doesn’t always happen at fast food places. The staff clearly paid attention to the details and got everything right the first time. On top of that, the service was super fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which made the visit even better. As a nice bonus, they even gave me free buffalo sauce, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. Good service, accurate order, and a little extra on the side definitely made this visit stand out.
