  if i could leave zero starts i would BAD SERVICE all i wanted was the meal discount they didnt tell me the price and i wanted a refund the manager got mad over a refund its my money im choosing to spend btw dont come to this mcdonalds worst experience ever and she yelled and snatched the reciept from my 7 year old daughter

  This is the worst mcdonald’s ever. They always have 10 ppl working just standing around with people waiting at front. It is sad. Customer service is very much bad. When yall go please check to see if yall food fresh they say fresh but don’t be

  The lady at the drive through this evening was absolutely lovely. Super high energy and great customer service. It’s never expected for a McDonald’s employee to be great, especially at night. I love the new standard she set. Wish we could have gotten her name to add to the review!

  This McDonald’s is horrible and what makes it worst is that I have to drive far to another one because I always have problems with this location EVERYTIME!! Never can get order right and always have to turn around sometimes get home and have to come back. Charging people for absurd price charges and blames the system. And but to mention the food is always cold and terrible! The last time they ever get my business.. do better, especially the sorry managers.

  I order a simple egg mcmuffin (ham). with folded egg, extra crispy hash browns. I get a round egg. Send it back for folded egg (its the point of getting what u order). I get home, its a BURNT muffin with SAUSAGE. Why.is something so easy, so difficult. I would like to hear from Mgr as attitude of the order taker, and the neglect of the libe preparing the order is questionable. Been coming here for 20 years, service has changed so much. Wrong orders has happened numerous times.
