  Damn near impossible to get help, they shut off the fountain drink station and then it takes like 10 minutes to get your drink refilled or fixed. Then when you say excuse me to workers like Andrea they’ll just roll their eyes and ignore you. She lucky I didn’t wanna catch a case

  I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I will not be returning. During my visit, I witnessed a staff member treat an elderly customer with blatant rudeness when they simply requested assistance from an employee rather than using the self-service kiosks. We are not required to use the kiosk. The staff member used unprofessional language, and shockingly, the manager was fully aware of the situation and chose not to send the employee home. Even worse, the staff member continued to speak negatively about the customer in front of other employees, and the manager allowed this behavior to go on without any intervention. This level of disrespect and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I plan to leave negative reviews on plenty of sites , contact corporate, and use all social media platforms to report this incident until the employee responsible is held accountable. No customer especially an older one should ever be treated this way in a restaurant.

  I ordered on the mobile app for drive thru; just two drinks. I ordered it 10 minutes before I got there and when I got there they parked me in curbside. Waited six more minutes and then came out with only one of my drinks. They are slow I would not order here unless you wanna wait :( It’s every time too and the food quality varies as well.

  Absolutely the WORST McDonald's location you can ever go to ! Negative five stars if i could . Employees there are unorganized , lazy and unsanitary. Definitely not clean. Got my kids happy meals to only find out the hamburger came with no patty and hairs in the fries . I dont know if this was intentional or just being racist because they didn't want to take my order and was skipping me while taking the other lane orders. Horrible location , I do Not recommend coming here

  Not like the service was terrible but the whole thing was just terribly inconvenient. First play place is closed until 11 apparently. I just said okay and found a chair with the kids. All highchair trapped inside play place... I go get one.... the nice worker saw us and opened it for us to play.... go in fully and the smell made us GAG... tried to run to the bathroom but its locked by a code, both doors are emergency exit only and trash can hole tiny as hell... as im catching my breath a worker goes in the bathroom with a code... I step out to breathe and check on the food because it had been 15 or more at the point since placing small order. It was sitting on the counter when I checked in a to go bag with syrup and grease covering the covers of sandwhiches and napkins on the inside.... food cold.. we ordered for here by the way... serve the kids. Its soggy and gross so I dont even feel like this was ours to start cause the wait was only 15-20... then I go to get a refill... drinks Station doesnt work, not even water or ice... I stand at counter to ask worker, no one comes, 4 eyes contacts... then my toddler is about to have an accident but I got a baby in highchair in this play room so I ask them for the code to the bathroom two workers just came to use AND it has a sign theres a changing table and customer friendly and the workers say yeah that one doesnt work and they wont give me the other one they will open it for me. So now I have to get the baby out the highchair, stop her eating, get the toddler already on the edge of an accident, jet across the restraunt that has wet floors to wait for a worker to have time to open it. Lets add the disgusting floors in there, they just mopped but theres pee all over toliet and toliet paper across both bathrooms??? Hmmm. Like hot damn. How inconvenient can this location have been for a quick 20 minute breakfast date before grocery shopping. Made the whole morning so complicated for no reason. Lets just add they wouldnt give ketchup unless I ordered nuggets or fries but said I cant order those xause its not lunch time, so kids cant like ketchup before 11am??? How weird.... the workers were nice, I didnt complain to them or make an issue cause its a bunch of small things but dang, clean up the process a bit. Put signs bathrooms arent allowed. Open play place, air it out, pick up toliet paper, serve food when ready, turn on drinks when you open the doors, etc etc.
