  During this visit one of mc Donalds employees tried to snatch my money out of my hand he was unsuccessful. One dollar dropped during the attack an the employee went down and picked up an ran back inside. He is the employee that takes out the trash. I went back inside and relayed what happened to the manager who showed no interest so I stayed I was calling HPD and he said go ahead in return I called 911. I tried waiting for enforcements to appear an after an hour of waiting I had to leave. I rarely eat there not as much as I use to. The food have me pucking qll¹day

  Server didn't bring napkins and silverware, didn't check to see if we needed anything. Had to stop eating to get help.

  Was greeted by homeless people at the drive thru begging for food, money, and medicine. Had to wait 10 minutes before placing my order with a voice i couldnt here from a broken speaker. Pulled to the window and was told I could t pay because the system was down, had to use the kiosk inside. 2 of the 4 kiosks are broken. my order took so long it came out cold.

  WHAT IS UP W THE MCDONALDSES IN THIS AREA. one didn’t have food at morning hours, literally none. two locations are permanently or temporarily closed. and the one S Loop West and This one have no telecoms that work properly. i couldn’t even order a dumb fries at 6am, or even get breakfast. i had to switch lanes to order at the other telecom and it took like 5 whole minutes waiting on both to even know if the employees are alive inside.. are u getting paid to work? or to sleep on duty? there’s no care in the world to take money from your customers THAT WANNA PAY YOU FOR FOOD. and you have no decency to keep your tech running for orders??????
