  My experience was terrible. Orders never arrive the way they are requested through Uber, and today my order didn’t even show up. I had to go in person because it was already the second Dasher who went, and the order was not ready or properly registered. The manager’s service was very poor. The person who attended me simply told me that if I didn’t like it, I could go to another store, which shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Additionally, the quality is very low: orders arrive incomplete and not as requested. It’s frustrating to pay for something and receive such poor service. I do not recommend it at all. Very bad service and an overall terrible experience. Mi experiencia fue pésima. Nunca llegan los pedidos como uno los solicita a través de Uber, e incluso hoy ni siquiera aparecía mi orden. Tuve que ir personalmente porque ya era el segundo repartidor (Dasher) que iba y el pedido no estaba listo ni registrado correctamente. La atención de la manager fue muy mala. La persona que me atendió simplemente me dijo que si no me gustaba, podía ir a otra tienda, lo cual demuestra una falta total de respeto y profesionalismo. Además, la calidad es muy baja: los pedidos llegan incompletos y no como se solicitan. Es frustrante pagar por algo y recibir un servicio tan deficiente. No lo recomiendo para nada. Muy mala atención y una pésima experiencia en general.

  If you get sent to one of the stalls to wait have fun wasting 30 minutes of your life for a simple order of nuggets and a chicken sandwich. Bunch of clowns working at this establishment.

  It’s already bad enough that y’all forgot the sauces for the two happy meals that we requested. But y’all also forgot the third sauce that I paid for separately. If you’re going to charge $.39 for ranch dressing, at least put it in the dang bag.

  If your goal is to be pulled up to the next window or given a stall number to pull into instead of actually being served at the window, then this is your McDonald’s. Even the simplest order like an ice cream cone typically come with a request to pull forward. I’ve completed multiple surveys about this, and clearly, nothing has improved. (They did change the receipt paper at the drive thru window so point for that because it was illegible for MONTHS) The only reliable way to get hot fries is to ask for "no salt", which says a lot about consistency. Meanwhile, the staff are already leaning out and waiting at the window just to instruct you to "pull up" rather than complete orders efficiently. Waiting 10–15 minutes for food that still isn’t hot or fresh is unacceptable and completely defeats the purpose of fast food.
