  The black lady was very rude and kept cutting me off and they gave me one sauce packet when my 20 peice had 3 and the fries had zero salt

  Este lugar es lo peor que existe en servicio al cliente son mal educados y no escuchan al cliente ayer fui a ese lugar y las que trabajan allí me trataron súper mal me hablaron feo y me gritaron por sólo pedir una explicación sobre mi orden porque faltaban algunas hamburguesas jamás en mi vida vuelvo allí eduquen a sus trabajadores porfavor

  That I am aware of this location closed at 12 but pulled up at 10:50 pm right now & the audicity for the night shift crew to sit there and ignore you not even say we are close or something just straight up smile and ignore like who hired her ? Worst McDonald’s don’t ever come here customer service is horrible as the reviews are already bad I see why .

  Very few people work there not just for need but for want. The rest of the employees don’t pay attention to what you ask for. Very rude treatment. If you ask for other things that you are going to pay you get treated with that “we do things my way” kind of thing. The other windows are supposed to have a way for clients to pay any additional items that want to be added after however they don’t. The employees are getting paid so they should treat customer with better care.
