They don’t care how they serve you. Their food is half cooked and sometimes overcooked or just sitting under the light they have attitude, and they don’t know how to cope with people having to have their own opinion or a long line at that there’s so much I could say it’s just a waste of money if you ask me they act like we’re not customers or need customer service. I give it 1000 zeros over and over again.

That said, I wanted to shout out Belzer for being so helpful. He had a great attitude and actually apologized for the team’s mistake, even though it wasn't his fault. Thanks, Belzer, for the customer service!
- IIIrApr 16, 20261.0Not sure what the problem was with the guy taking my mom's drive thru order this morning. He let out a heavy sigh the moment my mom spoke Spanish. Had an attitude throughout the order. Maybe don't work at a job that requires you to be bilingual? Secondly, this location has a habit of always forgetting something with our orders. Missing hash browns, toys that come with the meals, etc. They'll look at you like you've inconvenienced them when brought up. People in this location needs to be trained properly. I understand that it's busy but don't take it out on the customers.
