  Ong this is the worse location I’ve ever been and worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. The manger abagaila literally was rude for no reason at all they literally messed up my order after I waited in a 6 car line and even at the window I asked for no coldfoam on the new sprite blast drink and I was told what’s on the receipt is what it is so I’m like ok because on the receipt it says no cold foam I drive off a little then look in the bag and it literally had cold foam one simple thing and they messed it up so I come back in line on foot because it’s drive thru only at this time but I don’t think it’s reasonable to wait in like behind 6 other cars again for a mistake that they made so I politely asked them to fix it where then this Karen torta manger gives me so much attitude and being so hostile without knowing any of the situation or asking what was wrong or how could they help like a good manager would do and proceeded to tell me she doesn’t care I have to go back in line since I’m not in a car, so I get back in my car and luckily the people behind me could tell something was wrong so they let me get back infront of them. Now that I’m in my car I’d assume they are willing to fix my order while I wait but this Karen manager refuses to fix my order and says I have to go all the way back in line which would take 20-30 mins to get my order again now idk but I feel like any person with a brain can see how that’s not fair at all after THEM messing up my order so I do proceed to get back in line to wait the 30 mins just to have the chance to speak to the manager who was already being rude before where she then refuses to speak to me or show me her name tag but I was told her name was Abigaila which I don’t believe is true so whoever manages this McDonalds really look into your staff because that is not how good management works I wasn’t asked what was wrong how could they help and not a single apology please please replace this manager

  Honestly wish I could give a lower score, made my order on the app more than 40 minutes before I could pick it up and when I got there they didn’t even have the order. I told the manager my order and she said “we’re not gonna do all that” then told me to cancel my order. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if they won’t even make the order, and I doubt the service would’ve been any better if I was there in person. Managers name was Sandra (I believe) and she was the one that said they weren’t gonna make my order because it was “too much for them” two burgers and a basket of fries.

  ordered a caramel macchiato with extra coffee and extra sweet. I drop my daughter off and came back to return the coffee because it wasn’t sweet the Heavy set Hispanic manager with the skinny eyebrows legit proceeded to argue with me about it, not being charged for extra sweet when the young man who took my order knew that’s what I asked for he even confirmed it. My problem is why you have a rebuttal if you’re gonna make it right for me regardless of your mistake your attitude at 8 AM was so unwarranted will definitely not be coming back to this McDonald’s.
