    Today around 12:00 p.m., my father-in-law ordered three Hot 'n Spicy sandwiches, two iced lattes, and we specifically asked for buffalo sauce at the order speaker. When we received our food, the buffalo sauce was missing. When we politely asked for it at the window, the employee immediately responded with an attitude, telling us that we should have ordered it at the speaker even though we had. We didn't mind paying for additional sauce if necessary, but the way we were spoken to was disrespectful. She reopened the window only to continue speaking to us in a rude, rushed manner, making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Luckily our window was closed because I didn't want my family to hear all of that attitude. We didn't receive our sauce.... We've been going here for a very long time and never experienced this before....it's sad. Everyone has difficult days, and I understand that working in customer service can be stressful. However, customers should still be treated with respect. My family was simply trying to receive the items we had requested, and there was no reason for the interaction to become unpleasant. I genuinely hope whatever was going on during her day got better. Sometimes taking a moment to reset, grab some water, and start fresh can make a big difference. I just ask that future customers and families like mine are treated with kindness and professionalism.

    Around 6:45pm-6:55pm today. Went to register to order food. 1st staff member with light blue shirt takes a call and walks away from register. 2nd staff member with gray shirt proceeds to help 3 people before me. All 3 were door dashers, 2 out of 3 walked in while I was waiting. Raised my voice because if you didnt see me, now youll hear me! I hope training is done because you cant keep treating customers like we are invisible and expect us to come back.

    Yesterday I came to this McDonald’s and ordered a snack wrap. The boy that I was talking to asked me if I wanted the meal since I was ordering the fries and drink, I said yes, not knowing that it was going to add an extra snack wrap to it. When I realized i was gonna get two snack wraps, I had asked to change it back to one (before I even paid for it). they told me that it would still be the same price if I remove the snack wrap. I went on and paid for the meal because they were telling me it was basically free. Which seemed weird but I said okay. I’m working on this side of town again today so I ended up coming back and ordering the same order but it’s just one snack wrap because I didn’t want to waste food. yesterday I paid 10.38 today I paid 9.06. I’m writing this review not because of the dollar but because you guys was too lazy to change an order, that you instead, lied to your customer and charged her more. I ended up giving that snack wrap yesterday to a homeless lady outside so I’m glad it didn’t go to waste but that boy should be fired. Don’t lie to customers because you’re lazy. all you are doing is standing there taking orders at the damn window. SMH

    There is literal feces, crap, poop, on the seat. I came in and sat down to place an order online and immediately smelled it. Got up to move away from wherever the smell was coming from and saw it was smeared on the actual seat. They have signs all over the place about limiting wifi usage, bathrooms for paying customers only, and they were all watching me as I sat down with my phone in my hand while I placed my order on the app, so they're definitely looking around but yet nobody saw or cared to give attention to the nasty health risk on the seats. This wasn't the only seat that was nasty, but it was definitely the worst. I'm sorry, but for the prices of everything nowadays and with the fight for higher pay at fast food establishments, this is unacceptable that the largest fast food chain in the world can't handle walking around their own dining area to keep things clean and as sanitary as possible.

    Been going to this McDonald's for a while now I got a big family and they love it, but you know the last several times I been there they forget since of my food or been getting it wrong and the last time they forgot my daughter's Burger so I went back in there complained, I did not get one apology, they have me my food but no one cared at all I told them I was gonna give a bad review and one of the younger guys that work there replied "bet" I hate that term that this generation picked up on, when someone says that they sound absolutely ridiculous, I called corporate and complained they said someone will call me back, this was probably about two weeks ago still no call back, like I said a big family I drop too much money at this location, way too much, and to be treated this poorly, well guess what I will give all my money to a different day food place, I know it won't make it break mc Donald's but the customer service really sucks, too bad because my kids really love mc Donald's, learn some respect, especially since I'm the one giving you so much money. I'm not going to any link that you send me, it's a waste of time because nothing will ever get done about it, apparently employees can treat customers how every they want and nothing happens like I said I've spent a lot of money at this location, and I can prove it, thanks for not getting back with me and losing my business, sucks for my kids but I refuse to be treated like trash and not taken seriously.
