  Very disappointed with today’s experience. I ordered a large amount of food, and the one item that mattered most — my child’s Happy Meal — was missing from the bag. Kids don’t understand “mistakes in the kitchen.” They were upset and waiting for their food while I had to spend extra time coming back to fix the order. Please double-check orders before handing them out, especially children’s meals.

  The “manager” Maria does not need to be a manager. She was the one taking orders. In ordered the crispy chicken ranch wrap meal, she rang up a hot and spicy. Then I was trying to order a medium fry and she said “a quarter pounder?” She needs to get off her phone and pay attention. The two people working the second window were so kind and patient. They saved the experience!

  Can your new employees BE TRAINED BETTER🙏🙏🙏 *PLEASE TEACH them to READ the Service Labels >Especially the DRINK LABELS !! A LATTE w/XTRA CARAMEL is NOTTT the same as a Plain Cappuccino!!! >They cannot keep throwing whatever into the bags! withOUT checking! They are ruining my mornings!!! & DESTROYING YOUR PROFITS !!$!! > it would BEHOOVE YOU to HIRE a METICULOUS TRAINER !!! because They are mixing up our drinks in the drive-thru & in the DoorDash orders lately !! & Dd prob comes after you guys to fix these mistakes. Make sure your employees can see! 🤓 >Do they need Glasses?? because this is really getting on my nerves lately ** Thank you for attending to this matter❗️**

  Place is closed when I went to pick my order up. Google says it’s still open along with the posted hours of operation. So they got my money and I got no food.

  Well kept, clean, nice decorations in the seating area. However, customers service can use some improvement especially on how to let customers know about delay
