  Whenever I’m in the area, I love coming to this location every single time I come I love to see Juan‘s face. He’s always smiling and gives excellent customer service.!

  This is the most ridiculous thing I had ever experienced… I was waiting in the McDonald’s line tonight and I was told they will take my order in the second window..ok no problem! I don’t mind what I do mind is to the point where I can’t move..”go to the second window” when there isn’t a second window to go to!! I work at fast food I understand if it gets busy but there was I’d say about less then 10 people in the line that is no excuse to be making customers wait 40 minutes in line for food like myself. I left when I had the chance and took my business elsewhere I went to Wendy’s they were fast and on point. McDonald’s I think it’s time for you to start hiring new people. Very disappointed

  Took my order, including an Oreo McFlurry and a small strawberry shack and some ranch dressing. I paid in cash. At the window I was told to pull aside and it would be brought out. There was no one behind me. I said I would wait at the window. Finally got my food. And was told to wait on the shake and McFlurry. Took forever then they gave me a half mixed shake and said it would be several more minutes on the other. Several more minutes and they come back and say they cannot make the MvFlurry because the machine broke. I asked for a refund for both drinks. After getting my money we finally left and drove to another McDonald's and finished our order AND got the ranch dressing they forgot to add.

  if you have to go then go. but i wouldn’t no matter how loud you are at the speaker, you get to the window & your orders wrong. there rude when you ask them to change it. so double check your orders. when you get your food it’s burnt beyond eating. do they care no, you need to double check every menu item before you leave the parking lot or you’ll be upset you have to go back. lines are long because they mess up every order. i’d rather go into the one in walmart. not worth the time or money to order.
