Extremely disappointing experience. There was no drink station available for customers, and no employees at the front counter to assist guests. The kiosks did not provide paper receipts or order numbers, leaving customers with no idea how to identify or track their orders. Even worse, homeless individuals were coming into the restaurant and harassing customers, while there appeared to be no employees or management anywhere to address the situation. What's particularly frustrating is that the McDonald's location on Wayside provides a completely different experience. They have a customer-accessible drink station and consistently have someone at the front to assist customers. So why does the owner/operator of this location refuse to provide the same basic level of customer service? This isn't about expecting luxury service at McDonald's. It's about basic operations, customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Customers should not have to fend for themselves, wonder where their orders are, or feel uncomfortable while trying to eat. Management and the owner/operator seriously need to take responsibility and address these issues. There is no excuse for providing such a poor customer experience when other locations demonstrate that doing the basics right is entirely possible. Already submitted this to corporate

Do not order inside; they only prioritize the drive thru and do not have an order queue. They must be short staffed because no one is at the counter.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location multiple times, and unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. Employees frequently forget basic items such as straws, trays, or other parts of my order. What bothers me the most isn’t just the repeated mistakes, but the way some employees respond when I politely ask for the missing items. Instead of helping, they sometimes turn away or ignore my requests. During my most recent visit, I simply asked for a missing straw and mentioned that this wasn’t the first time it had happened. Later, a manager approached me while I was sitting at my table and questioned me about allegedly disrespecting the employees. As a paying customer, I believe I should be able to express concerns about repeated service issues without being made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I understand that employees deserve respect, but customers deserve the same respect in return. I hope upper management takes these recurring issues seriously and works to improve customer service at this location.

Every time I come they get something wrong, it is beyond ridiculous, it's like it's a commitment to get your order wrong, either they forgot to mark your drinks, or they will forget your sauces for your chicken nuggets, or you put your Big Mac together like somebody stepped on it, or they forgot to give you napkins or straws, even if you checked on your food and got it corrected it won't matter because when you get home you open your sandwich or the box and nothing is put together properly. It is horrible to see employees working this way, it's clearly due to mismanagement, improper training and not giving a darn about their customers! If my 5 year old did not love McDonald's I would boycott them entirely from my life because of how much of a headache they are.

So I went at 1:23 am today and let’s just say it was a TERRIBLE experience let’s start by starting off the line was super long ( not a problem) but the line didn’t move for 23 mins (specific times so you know how bad it was ) so we finally get to the place where you order and I had 3 meals the drive thru girl was rude huffing and puffing telling me to hurry up because she doesn’t have all day neither do I ! So we waited and waited for food for about 33 mins it was cold and order was messed up 0/10 DONT GO HERE
