  I want to share my opinion I went today around 12:10 and order a refresher (black berry) and I got the Sprite blue berries instead and I told the young lady an she got upset because she med the order incorrect and when she saw the receipt she make my drink and on the floor and was halfway because I ask on the drivthu no ice

  Several times I have gone to this location because it’s near my work. 10 times I have gone. 3 of those times they had NO DRINKS except for apple juice or bottled water. Reason given? Machines down for cleaning. Keep in mind this was around noon.Lunch rush. No drinks but when ordering from the app is allows drinks to be ordered. I wouldn’t have gone if the app wouldn’t allow me to order drinks. Each time when I asked about it, the manager had attitude. How about cleaning or maintenance on drink machines when closed. Not having drinks for customers at a restaurant is unacceptable. I have never had these issues at any restaurant, McDonald’s or otherwise, in my entire life.

  I had a mobile order and the girl told me I was at the wrong store. I gave her the address for my order and she told me it was not this store. On my way out I saw the address and saw that it was the right address. So I had to make a u turn and come in to get my order that the girl in the drive thru told me was not there. I did get my order but I was almost on my way to another McDonalds thinking I had mad a mistake. NOT GOOD SERVICE

  This place is HORRIBLE they are taking orders sitting down, taking forever to get you your food, and the food is stale after all that waiting!! I had a simple order 6 nuggets, small fry, medium drink. It took me 15 minutes to receive that order lol it’s so laughable how trash their customer service is

  Wanted a double quarter pounder checked my order when leaving the drive through I saw that it was a regular quarter pounder didn’t mind. I parked got out the car and went to tell them. I read and showed them my receipt. I also asked the lady to read the receipt and she got an attitude and she said i’m not reading that. She finally grabbed the order and took it to the back and allegedly “fixed” it. and I home ready to demolish my food and saw they literally gave me the same regular quarter pounder. The night shift is so miserable😐
