- INIsaid No2 days ago1.0Kiosk ordering is impersonal and takes people's jobs. Your revolving menu doesn't allow you to see the full menu at any time and your staff is unfamiliar with products not on the rotating pictures and has to look up individual pricing. Food cold, hamburger taste like cardboard amd the feies were cold and unsalted.Last time at McDonald's.

Ordering from the kiosk seems to be the only way to get an order. There's no communication and you need to flag somebody to get an answer. Also, the way they get to orders are sloppy: they do some orders at random instead of going by who ordered first. If that were their logic you would assume they'll do easy orders, like drinks, first, but nope.
