  Food is decently fast coming out if your order is medium to small sized. The front counter does take a min for someone to come to. The place seems a bit understaffed if there isn't someone on the front counter most of the time. I wouldn't recommend for drink refills or if your allergic to cheese. They forget to take off cheese more often then not. I almost always have to ask them to fix my order bc my wife can't eat the cheese on the burgers. They people are usually nice. But sometimes have a slight grouch. If you need to refill your drink. Expect to take 5-10 mins waiting for someone to notice you at the front counter. The way it's built is they can't see you unless you step behind the counter slightly or if they come out and there isn't a way to notify your presence. I would recommend them installing a button or bell for customers to ring.

  I was at drive thru for 2 min in the morning no one answered,I pulled up to the window and they stated that I didn't wait enough in the drive thru, im not the kind to complain but today they were wrong. This isn't the first time and I will break the window next time to get the owners attention..

  French fries were cold. The price was different on the receipt than on the drive thru menu. No one knew why.

  I loved the food and everything but I found a cockroach in my ice cream and I'm mad about that part cause I spent $5 for the ice cream and now I can't eat it.
