  I’ve been a long-time customer of this restaurant, and not only that, I’m a very active one. Eating at McDonald’s is something I do almost every day, and I find it unacceptable that whenever I order table service, they never bring the drink already prepared — they just bring an empty cup. It’s ridiculous. I usually try to convince myself that maybe they’re busy, but even when the restaurant is practically empty, it’s always the same situation. Sometimes they don’t even bring me the cup at all, and I have to go ask for it at the counter because they forgot it — or I don’t know, maybe it’s just laziness. Either way, the tables are always dirty and the service is terrible. I normally don’t complain because I usually order through the drive-thru or curbside, and mistakes there are easier to understand. But for table service, this is honestly pathetic. I’m tired of dealing with the same situation every single time I come in to eat. I’m seriously considering changing restaurants altogether. Money is not the issue for me — I’m simply fed up with this situation. The worst part is that the employee had even forgotten to bring me the cup in the first place. When I asked for it and she finally brought it over, she handed it to me with only ice inside, almost overflowing. I honestly felt mocked and humiliated.

  Sometimes stop by here when picking up things at this Wal-Mart. Wanted to try the new Big Arch Burger and it was pretty good. My visits here is good; service is fast and professional.

  They placed a purchase order for me, one for a dollar, and they didn't give me the others after charging me for the hamburgers.

  My Lady friend and I had a breakfast date and she chose this location...the food was really good, the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly...i will definitely go back
