  Love this restaurant! Sommelier Larry has just the perfect wine!. Pasta is scrumptuous! service is attentive! Been there before, there today, and will return!

  Horrible horrible horrible, very very sorry! No good customer service, snarky, nasty attitude. Please do better, My blood sugar was low and I stopped to take a quick seat to gather myself and was shunned away, no sympathy or compassion.. I nearly fainted and they still did not care!!! Zero stars if I could. SORRY!

  Atmosphere is nice but over all experience was very poor. I will say our waiter was very kind and seemed good at his job but it Pom over an hour to receive our food. At the time we finally got our food we had to leave soon so we had it boxed up to take home. Unfortunately our waiter put our food at a different table and we ended up accidentally leaving the food. By the time we realized shortly after the restaurant was already closed. We called the next day to explain the situation. They said they would likely be able to remake it for us and would call back. After a few hours of not hearing back I finally called back. They kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. Once they finally got the manager, I believe Larry, he said all he could do was next time we come in was give us a glass of prosecco. I told him I don’t think a glass of prosecco would really make up for a $36 meal. He said that’s all he could do after talking with his GM. Just VERY disappointing considering the type of establishment this place is. The food and service was not worth the price imo. I will not be coming back

  Look- the food is good, the service is fine…. But they were out of bread. Like actually- we were seated and then told “by the way we have no bread.” At an Italian restaurant. Unacceptable to me. My first two dishes they could not serve me (because, again, they have no bread), so I ended up paying 25 dollars for two eggs in marinara sauce. It was tasty, sure, but would have been a lot better with some bread on the side. Needless to say, disappointing. So, if you want Lulu’s, please call ahead and make sure they have bread.

  horrible experience. checked in to our reservation 30 mins earlier and got seated only to wait for the menu for 20 mins. our server interacted more with the table next to us and barely checked on us. our appetizers took 30 mins, our food another 30 mins… I honestly think they forgot about us. Another server came by and asked if we had ordered yet, because he saw us sitting there with nothing for 30 mins. The table next to us arrived after us, got faster service and got their food faster… horrible way to spend my birthday. do not recommend.
