  They just rolled out the BIRRIA Kolache and ita 🔥 great flavor profile with that a hint of heat and no need for the consumé...my go to Kolache Factory Westchase/Westheimer...my Top 6 Kolache The Birria, Brisket, Sausage/Gravy, Suasage/Egg/Cheese & Hot Sausage as well as the Spinach...awesome staff as well!!

  had such a great experience at Kolache Factory! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially Alessando He offered me the Kolache of the Month and a refreshing lemonade, which was such a nice touch. Everything was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was. I’ll definitely be coming back

  Very poor customer service Alexadro is very rude and his co worker I believer her name is Abril walked in and ordered two kolaches and noticed the toung lady Abril drop it on the floor and then preceded to put in bag and give to customer in drive thru. I questioned Alexandro about this and he said she was the fill in manager and she could do what she wanted. I immediately left with all these food sickness that is going around they actually still gave the person in drive thru the food that has fallen on the floor. SICK JUST SICK I WILL BE CALLING HEALTH DEPARTMENT

  Update: So they ended up contacting me and said they were in the wrong. They apologized and put the same exact coupon that they told me they couldn't use back in my account. Thats it. Lol, so I guess I'm stuck with a coupon I cant even use. **EDIT/UPDATE:** I want to clarify something because the owner's response says the staff “attempted to locate the offer in the system and assist with the redemption.” That is **not what happened from our experience.** The employee DID NOT attempt to look up the offer or try to redeem the code. We were simply told that there was no way for them to redeem it. My husband specifically asked for a manager, and we were initially told there wasn't one and that we would be told the same thing anyway. Someone who was in charge eventually came over, but we still weren't given any explanation or solution. My issue isn't necessarily that the coupon code didn't work. My issue is that nobody actually tried to figure out why it didn't work. I went to the Kolache Factory website, signed up for the rewards program, and was given this redemption code directly by Kolache Factory. I followed the instructions I was given and went to the store expecting to be able to use the $5 reward. If there was a problem with the code or the system, I completely understand that things happen. What I don't understand is being told there was “no way” to redeem it without anyone actually attempting to look into it. I appreciate that management is looking into the promotional redemption process. I just want the facts of what happened at the counter to be accurately represented as well. I received a redemption email directly from Kolache Factory this morning with a coupon code for $5 off my purchase. The email gave me a redemption code and instructions for using it. I went to the Westchase location and showed the coupon to the employees at the counter when I placed my order. They refused to accept it. What bothered me even more than the coupon not being accepted was the attitude I received when I tried to explain that the offer had been sent directly to me by Kolache Factory. Instead of trying to figure out how to process it or getting a manager, I was basically dismissed. I understand that employees may not know every promotion, but there's a big difference between saying, “Let me get my manager and find out how this works,” and giving a customer an attitude. And honestly, it's not about the $5. It's about how I was treated. I have the original redemption email and code, so there is no question that this was a legitimate offer. I hope management looks into what happened at this location because this was a very disappointing customer service experience.
