- FFFernando3 days ago1.0Be careful, there's a rude woman there, the same one mentioned in other people's comments. I honestly don't understand why she's still working there... This happened this morning; she refused to hand over my food, claiming she needed a confirmation number that doesn't exist. She wouldn't give me a coffee carrier and was extremely aggressive—even toward her own coworkers. That type of person shouldn't be working there; just imagine the customers who stop coming because of her and the business the store loses because of her. Everyone will give their own version of events, but what I will say is that I’m not just a delivery person; I’m a neighbor and a customer, too. If the price of picking up an order is having to put up with your employee’s mistreatment, then fine—I won’t go back. People will see what kind of person she is and the poor service provided; that explains the rating you have. It happened to me today, but tomorrow it could be someone else. Have a good day.
