- AWAmanda Wallace2 days ago1.0I just left kolache factory trying to give this location another chance the staff don't say hi. They are just talking loud in the back where everyone can hear there businesses. The food hardly has any egg inside. I ordered a rancheros there is only jalapeño and tomatoes..yall need new staff who care about customers that pay for a expensive kolache thrre not cheap. I recommend no one stop at this location until they make a huge change.

By the time I got back they were all gone and it was a 30~45 min wait for more. Couldnt get a refund so thats $6 lost. Got a substitution of Jalepeno, Sausage, and Cheese but I dont like Jalepeno. Very unsatisfied despite normally great food. Wouldnt recommend because of high prices and mediocre service.
