- JDJa DavAug 6, 20262.0I went to this kolache factory this morning. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes as no one acknowledged me. There wasn’t any customers in line, just me! A white man comes in and stands about 5 feet away at the other register and suddenly someone from the back comes and acknowledges him and takes his order. I could have addressed the lack of professionalism but I didn’t. I’d rather give you two stars for poor service, lack of customer acknowledgment and service. To add to such a poor experience, I am a black woman so that indeed made it feel even more uneasy!

No matter what you get, they deliver you satisfied. Love the chicken enchilada kolache and the bbq brisket kolache. Wish they were all around town. Only in select areas. They will give your mom and pops donut shop run for their money, minus the donuts.

There’s a major language barrier that stops the guest from truly ordering what they want… I asked for Phillycheese steak kolaches and received the wrong thing and didn’t notice until I bit into at work… compared to the prices of other kolache spots, these kolaches are too expensive to be making these type of mistakes. I paid for something I can’t even eat.

They ended up being out of a kolache I ordered but they called me to let me know they'd make me fresh ones if I was able to wait a few more minutes. Absolutely! Instead of like every other place, where they will not even provide a substitute at all, this place offered a substitute and to make me fresh ones! This will definitely be our go to kolache spot from here on out. They care about their customers and it shows. Everything we ordered was delicious too. Thank you!
