No matter what you get, they deliver you satisfied. Love the chicken enchilada kolache and the bbq brisket kolache. Wish they were all around town. Only in select areas. They will give your mom and pops donut shop run for their money, minus the donuts.

There’s a major language barrier that stops the guest from truly ordering what they want… I asked for Phillycheese steak kolaches and received the wrong thing and didn’t notice until I bit into at work… compared to the prices of other kolache spots, these kolaches are too expensive to be making these type of mistakes. I paid for something I can’t even eat.

They ended up being out of a kolache I ordered but they called me to let me know they'd make me fresh ones if I was able to wait a few more minutes. Absolutely! Instead of like every other place, where they will not even provide a substitute at all, this place offered a substitute and to make me fresh ones! This will definitely be our go to kolache spot from here on out. They care about their customers and it shows. Everything we ordered was delicious too. Thank you!

The kolaches were undercooked, and we ordered four different kinds but they were all just thrown together in the bag with no way to tell which was which. When I asked the employee which kolaches were which, she couldn’t tell me. Overall, the service was not very good and the experience was frustrating. I hope they improve their food quality and customer service

I showed her a military id and she said it didn’t apply because I didn’t buy 2 or more kolaches. The Kolache Factory website clearly states 10% off year round. Not just that, we always visit Kolache Factory at least twice a month and never have had issues with this.
