  ***EDIT: GO ELSEWHERE. Customer service reached out and then blatantly disregarded their opportunity to make things right. They independently decided that the phone calls “couldn’t be verified” and again disregarded the fact that the sales person was rude saying “they smiled” in the video. Save your money - go elsewhere. They don’t care about their customers and are not willing to own up to their mistakes.*** Purchased several kolaches; they accidentally gave us kolaches with sausage. Called and spoke to the manager who was apologetic and said no problem, just come back and we’ll give you two of the ones you actually ordered. Went back and the lady at the front refused and said no, that wasn’t sausage (what?!) then refused to give us the two potato kolaches. When I called back the manager’s excuse was “no one came to talk to me” (in the back) and apparently she didn’t tell the people in the front. Then said “well the people on the front are already gone for the day”. No apologies, no attempt to make it right or refund. Spent $40 at this establishment, partially on kolaches we can’t even eat. This place is the worst. The owner should retrain staff on customer service. We drove all the way back because the manager said to come back to get the replacements. Instead we were treated like we were in the wrong. Worst customer service. Definitely lost my business and everyone that we know that lives in the area.

  Erica was very helpful She even suggested that I try an Arnold Palmer (one of my go-to soft drinks) by mixing the lemonade and tea.

  I love kolaches (technically they are klobasneks)! I did an app order for a dozen Polish Hot and gave them 30 min as instructed. When I arrived at this location they said they didn't have enough and had to make them. Not sure the point in doing the order ahead of time if they don't make them, the reason for 4 stars for service. Edit for owner: If 45 minutes is required after placing an app order, the app should say 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes.
