  Joe V's has affordable groceries, not only that but the store is neat, clean, organized, and fully stocked.. atleast during the week. We went around 9am, stayed about an hour and a half. Only thing is when we left, the car next to us got broken into. They have security but may need to double up on it, I wasn't surprised of the situation, I was surprised it happened that early in the day. People should realize most of us is struggling too, why make it worse for someone that's trying to make ends meet as it is. We gotta stop doing that to each other. It didn't happen to us, but the car next to us, but I still felt bad that happened to her smh... we just trying to feed the family, like everybody else in the world. Thank you Joe V's for making groceries affordable and it's familiar with HEB vibes so you feel the love and quality that HEB provides as well. ❤️

  7/11/26.I was shopping & dropped an item. Andy(worker) literally ran to help me. What an awesome young man. Courteous,caring,and im so appreciative of this young man. Adriana(cashier) was a joy. Service with a smile. These two should ne recognized for outstanding customer service.

  My experience at this joe vs was excellent and brilliant Especially when I was ready to pay, the person that attended me was this beautiful young girl Reyna O I saw her name on the receipt and her badge. She is so nice and friendly and sweet and was so helpful with me, she has a lot of patience She help me with my card, I was having trouble in how to pay and she was so knowledgeable She scan my purchases with care and with sense of urgency and I love that, she even helped me place my bags on my shopping cart She made me feel so special and treated me with a lot of respect Me, as a customer really understand and have seen that most customers are mean and rude with the employees and take the advantage of the saying that says customers are always right, but that is totally wrong. I am against that. The previous customer before me was treating her with zero respect and was really rude to her She stayed calm and didn't say anything She was always nice with that person during the process and let the customer be talking whatever she wanted We as customers need to treat the employees with respect and dignity also Thank you managers Mr.Gerardo, Mr.Nathaniel and all the managers involved for having her in your store I asked for the name of the managers to a maintenance lady in the restroom She makes a difference She is one of a kind

  The workers doesn't know where things are placed they will tell you anything just to brush you off also I was look for corn on a cob i told by a young lady working in the frozen food department that corn was out of season..I first time shopping in Joe V's and my last

  I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience with the employee Rosa Z. While she was scanning my items at register 1, she was engaged in an ongoing conversation with a coworker throughout the transaction. She repeatedly paused scanning my items and turned her back to continue the conversation which I found to be very unprofessional and inattentive. As a customer I expected my transaction to have her full attention. Hope this review helps improve the level of customer service and professionalism.
