- CYCorina YanezAug 11, 20261.0I had an horrible experience on 8/11/26 at 5:34pm store#07/559 cashier Miranda T & with her manger (Afican with braids tied up in a bun kind of heavy set) The manager was rude with myself and to the cashier at time of my transaction. So I left and then called the number on the receipt at (5:42) I asked the person on the phone can I get the name of the manager on duty it sounded like it was her the (rude manager) she provided me three different names (Lou, Autumn, and I forgot the other name). Some people are just not meant to be managers that are just plan rude

I’ll have a clue of what’s going on the other 10% are watching the chaos happen. There’s numerous people in the 15 items or fewer lines with 40 items or more and the people at the register self checkout are just watching them.

The cashiers didn’t even speak and would look around or even get on their phones while I bagged my groceries. My average bill is $150.00 so that’s a lot of groceries. For the past 2 months I’ve gone to HEB because I didn’t like the treatment. Today I decided to give it another chance and I was very pleased. The young men on the floor stocking were polite, the store was clean, the prices were great. The cashier Luciana D was awesome. Luciana was welcoming as an approached the register. She saw I was getting overwhelmed trying to keep up so she took time and helped bag my groceries. Thank you Luciana
