  Ordered delivery totaling over 45.00. Always order from here. Recieved food and had a long pice of hair in sandwich. So I had to go to the location to have sandwich remade. I didn't request money back or nothing free. Just sandwich remade with no mayo or mustard this time because the hair was in the mayo. Original sandwich was never even bitten into. I felt like I was being treated as if I were lying. She tried keeping my receipt so I asked for receipt back. She wouldn't give me my receipt but made a copy to give me. I didn't make and issue I will just never give any business here again.

  Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever encountered. Even on their slow days. I’ve never had to call and ask what’s up to a food place before. I ordered food, live super close. After an hour and a half I called and asked if they’d left yet? They said no, but they’d leave now. Another time was almost 2 hours! It’d be different if it was like they were making it and waiting for the guy to come back to grab it. Or if they had multiple drop offs, but I was told literally they just hadn’t left the shop in general.

  I should’ve listened when people told me to go to Jersey Mike’s instead of Jimmy John’s! First off when I went on February 16, 2026 around 4:22 PM the lady that makes the sandwiches was on her phone with gloves on texting someone nonstop. I watched her make others food and I didn’t say anything -that was not my responsibility! when it was my turn to order I kindly asked her to please change her gloves Because while I was waiting in line to order she was taking her precious time texting right in my face.😒 She was not happy that I asked her to Change her gloves! Mind you She speaks great English because I heard her talking to the previous customer in English!, but after I asked her to change her gloves, she started speaking in Spanish to her colleague, and he started looking at me as If I was in the wrong because I wanted to eat something safe and sanitary, which I was paying for😒!. Secondly, the person working at the cash register was very hard to communicate with, not because of language barrier, but more of an intellectual stand point! He was trying to charge me extra for “freebies “ then when I grabbed my cup, chips and cookie he asked to re see my receipt as if I’m stealing (I’m African American by the way) but when the Caucasian lady grabbed her stuff. He didn’t question her at all! . I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one deserves zero stars. I wish that was possible.! I will never be back. I’ll continue to try Jersey Mike’s!
