    I got off work late and called to place a pickup order 15 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the employee told me they didn’t have enough time to prepare any more orders before closing. If that’s the case, they should just stop taking orders at 9:45 instead of advertising that they’re open until 10. I understand businesses need time to close, but I was only trying to order a sandwich, which should take just a few minutes to make. Just a heads-up to anyone planning to order toward the end of the night: don’t count on being served, even if they’re technically still open. Quick and fast? Apparently not at night. Very disappointing, especially after a long day at work.

    Tried to give me cold bacon when it’s suppose to be heated up on my blt and was gonna add the mayo on it and toast it I had told him not to do that just toast the bacon on the bread

    It’s been disappointing that the last 2 catering orders were requested to be tax-exempt, and even though they were on different days (Monday and Tuesday), they still didn’t process the tax exemption. What is really sad about this is the customer service for another incident: I just called a few minutes ago, and whoever is in charge- allegedly the manager- I asked kindly to forward me the receipt from one of those days since it was lost. First, he said he couldn't do it, and I asked for the manager, and he said he is the manager right now; I was on hold, and then he agreed. As context, we needed to report the purchase to our department, and I shared that urgent matter with him; he said he would email it. 15 min passed, and I called again; he said he didn’t send it because he was busy and I asked why he said he sent it the first time. I said that the university where I work at wants to keep doing business with them, and I’m simply making a quick hospitality request. When I asked his name, he said he would send it and hung up on me. At this point, it’s way more disappointing and disrespectful. I was extremely kind and respectful, I understand how hard it can be to work in the food business but I was well trained to take care about customers to keep bringing business, can’t believe that is the “manager” right now in charge.

    Do go during lunch, they don't give receipts or take names. So didn't receive food after 20 more people did. And a work er cancel the order, and wanted me to repay from $38 second ring up $48....really.. ..

    If you are on your 30 minute lunch break DO NOT go here. I ordered my sandwich at 1:02pm and didn’t get it until 1:34pm and no one warms you about the wait time before the purchase. Extremely ridiculous!!!
