  This is one of my favorites smoothie places to go. The manager is great. She does well with her crew many new faces, but they all seem to have the same skills and work ethic and great attitude as the manager.

  I walked in and was greeted by a very angry and aggressive older woman who rolled her eyes while I was ordering and acted as though she was doing me a favor by taking my order. When I picked up my food to go, I simply asked for clarification about what she had handed me earlier. Instead of answering politely, she scolded me as if I were somehow supposed to magically know what was inside the paper bags. What really shocked me was that afterward, she turned to the customer at the register and said, “Sorry about that.” Sorry about what exactly? Me asking a completely reasonable question about the food I paid for? When I’m spending money at an establishment, I expect to be able to place an order and ask a simple question without being met with eye-rolling, hostility, and attitude. The entire interaction was honestly wild and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, the smoothie wasn’t good either.

  Melissa was very professional and friendly. She was the only one working so it was busy despite that I will definitely be coming back.
