We drove 45 minutes to get to Hugo’s.
We ordered 6 different plates 3 of them were served cold.
My stomach hurted for the next 4 days with the piccanha steak.
The hot chocolate was delicious, cucumber drink was delicious.
For Food a big NO for my family.
I will never go back.

The food was great, table settings were good. Greetings at the door went well and the Starters came quickly.. however the Entree portion took a considerable amount of time. Much more than usual for fine dining and we were left wondering why.
A waiter assured us at one point that the food would be coming out soon but aside from that there was no other feedback given for the long duration.
Most of the family left unhappy at the wait and said they would not return. Disappointing since I was one of the main ones pushing to go as a family.
Giving it a 4 because it was likely a rare exception not the rule and we'd had great experiences at the other restaurants under Chef Hugo Ortega in years past.

Hugo’s never disappoints. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious—every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. I especially recommend the carnitas; they’re tender, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of my favorites on the menu.
For dessert, you can’t go wrong with their flan or their house‑made hot cocoa. The flan is silky and rich, and the hot cocoa tastes like pure comfort in a cup. Both are must‑tries.
If you’re looking for a place with great food, friendly service, and a consistently wonderful dining experience, Hugo’s is it.

Food was amazing A++, had lots of flavor. A surprisingly underrated restaurant, especially for brunch. Also, customer service was amazing. This meal made me fall asleep right after because of how good it was. This was actually a photo from a few months ago, but this review was long overdue. The sirloin or filet and eggs was a house special but I think it should be permanently on the menu!
