Curbside order substitutes that I reject continue to end up in my order and I'm charged for the substitutes I rejected. When I call to get my refunds I was told they shop the order first and don't notify the customer until after that substitutes are made so when they're rejected they don't bother looking at the order again or removing the item. This has happened several times at this location only. Never has happened at bunker hill or buffalo heights locations.

HEB is great. But the passive racism when it comes to checking out, is becoming lawsuit worthy. The bagger/sacker looked me dead in the face and walked away instead of bagging my groceries. Then the cashier, complained to me (as if I work there), how his line is backing up and I need to hurry up. All it takes is one customer getting hurt doing an employees job....

I am a LOYAL Meyerland HEB shopper. I've been shopping here since it opened. I moved out of the neighborhood and drive past the HEB on Buffalo Speedway to shop at the Meyerland HEB. I've shopped at this store 3x since the beginning of August. Every. Single. Time. I've been here this month, I come out to my car and it's got some new damage. The driver's side mirror smashed. The driver's side door handle smashed. And today someone backed into the tailgate of my car and put a 2' long crack in it. There's no use going back inside to ask the management for any video of what happened, if they have it, because it's a parking lot. No physical harm to a human so they're not going to help. Maybe it's time HEB puts some brighter lighting in the garage during daytime hours? I refuse to participate in the shitshow that is the parking lot and store aka the Buffalo Speedway HEB. Maybe Bellaire will be a better option to protect my car?

Rocio the florist is utterly awful. I was told the floral department closed at 6:30 pm by the florist herself. I get there at 5:10pm right as she’s leaving the counter and gives me a nasty look. I had to ask three people to call her back. Rocio had a bad attitude and even worse aptitude. She wrapped the flowers without even pulling off the petals that were already dead. She handed me a lazy, unsightly arrangement that I ended up redoing myself. So disappointing and waste of my time

Greens are fresh. Sushi Wednesday is interesting. You save more on meats if they are to expire on same day- just freeze them. Beer is cheaper than Randall's but not the wine. Asian section has Kam Yan Jen! Deli section is excellent and the corn tortillas are made fresh every day- still hot when i pick them. Just freeze then after 5 days if you don't finish it. Defrost with microwave.
