I’ve been shopping here for about 20 years and in the last year for certain, the entire store has gone downhill all of the way from the parking lot to each hectic isle in the store. The entire parking lot is usually trashed and looks a hot mess daily. Cashiers on their phones while checking out customers, curbside shoppers acting rude and entitled to every product while you wait for them to either be helpful or move out of isles. There are constant pallets of groceries sitting in the isles, creating clutter and unsafe situations. The meat is horrible quality, don’t even get me started on the sorry excuse for produce I’ve ever seen and it’s giving “Kroger location on Hammerly and Gessner”. Things are out of stock constantly, when they are stocked, it’s a cluttered mess, everything is knocked over or put in wrong spots. If you ask for help, everyone has an attitude or says, “I’m not sure where that is” and wanders off. The great customer service is no longer there and it seems like corporate has seriously abandoned this small store or the management team has missed the plot somewhere. Stop raising prices while quality control and customer service continues to tank.

Had expired meat for sale. When I opened my strawberries and blackberries home they were very mushy and some were molded. This had become a pattern with this store and Kroger on Wirt.

This H-E-B is in a fantastic location with virtually no competition around, which is why it’s always bustling with eager shoppers. The displays are meticulously well-organized, they offer a massive variety of fresh products, and the entire layout makes the shopping experience incredibly smooth and convenient. On top of that, the staff members here are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Because it’s so close to home, it has easily become my most frequented grocery store. However, while I feel the H-E-B on Bunker Hill is slightly superior in terms of its larger scale and wider selection, both stores definitely have their own distinct advantages. This neighborhood location is unbeatable for quick, efficient trips and locking in my daily essentials without the hassle of a massive crowd. On the other hand, the Bunker Hill H-E-B remains my ultimate go-to for specialty items, premium meat cuts, and a broader range of standard American groceries. Ultimately, I find myself happily visiting both depending on what’s on my shopping list for the week."

Horrible experience with the guy at the self-checkout a couple of days ago. I asked for help he said nothing. He rudely put his arm in front of me to start pressing buttons with his middle finger. I know he did that on purpose.

My recent experience was horrible from cashier to management. When you spend a hour looking for everything you need and then to encounter a cashier whom is obviously annoyed .Then a manager whom is within ears length of my conversation and anger over cashiers disrespect when told does nothing.
