- THTravis HarringtonJun 8, 20261.0Store is dirty. Crowded isles. Seafood section smells of rotting fish. Sushi being prepared right across the isle. Disgusting cross contamination risks. Open air whole fish not sufficiently iced, likely set out multiple days; bacteria and rot. Next to seafood is FLY, fruit fly and insect infestation in vegetable sections. which they do nothing to mitigate. has only gotten worse. Size of store allows for only about 1/2 stocked items compared to others in Houston area. This store is about profit only, serving an area so rife with crime that hired 'security' is told not to pursue shoplifters. Handicapped and disabled scooters are under lock and key at opposite side of store from entrance, once again showing how staff doesn't care for patrons and is more concerned with inconveniencing disabled persons. Will not shop here again. More people need to speak up for basic sanitation and cleanliness in a grocery store.

It used to be convenient, but now it feels like there are a lot of employees who are unwilling to help or make any effort. I went to the flower/balloon section and waited about 10 minutes. The lady from the bakery was the only one actually trying to help, while other employees and leads kept saying there was no one available to assist — even though four of them were standing around having a conversation while I waited. When someone finally came over, he acted like the tank wasn’t working. I’ve been to the Aliana and Katy locations and have never been treated this way. I spent 20 minutes waiting only to leave without any help. They could have simply said from the beginning that they couldn’t assist so I wouldn’t waste my time. Extremely disappointed. I’d rather drive farther to another location than come back here.
