  me gusta ir a HEB porque encuentro siempre lo que busco y hay personas muy amables que nos ayudan de manera muy amable , y no hay que hacer muchas fila como en otros supermercados que tienen 8 cajas y solo usan 2 o 3 , en HEB no se demora mucho en hacer fila para pagar , me encanta...

  This HEB used to be great, but not anymore. This is the third time I’ve stopped by and they were unable to assist me. It used to be convenient, but now it feels like there are a lot of employees who are unwilling to help or make any effort. I went to the flower/balloon section and waited about 10 minutes. The lady from the bakery was the only one actually trying to help, while other employees and leads kept saying there was no one available to assist — even though four of them were standing around having a conversation while I waited. When someone finally came over, he acted like the tank wasn’t working. I’ve been to the Aliana and Katy locations and have never been treated this way. I spent 20 minutes waiting only to leave without any help. They could have simply said from the beginning that they couldn’t assist so I wouldn’t waste my time. Extremely disappointed. I’d rather drive farther to another location than come back here.

  Some people here are trying to spoil the business of Heb. A Mexican employee here came too close to my body when I was not even done checking out. He lifted my basket when I had items in my basket and had not finished checking out the items. When I turned around he showed me my basket as if asking me to lift my items. What was the rush and why come so close to my body? One other Mexican male customer brushed against my body when I was near the avocado section. And the last time I visited this store similar incident happened when a black guy and a Mexican woman came and stood too close to my body. Some men and women trying to harass the customers here so that they stop coming to the store. I assume they are people assigned by fiesta mart. Today this happened around 6 pm. I was wearing a grey top and a pink hat and I was at the self checkout section.

  I understand the nature of customer service can get frustrating but the way I was treated today was completely uncalled for. An employee named Santiago was very rude to me at the self checkout. I was in the middle of checking out items when he stretched his arm across me to cancel my items while I was checking out because he wanted me to go to a different aisle to check out. Even after I tried to explain that I was trying to check out multiple small orders and get cash back. I understand he has a job to do but the nature of Santiago’s tone was very disrespectful.
