- FBFrisco BrownMay 9, 20264.0Consistently one of the best grocery stores in the area. The staff at the H-E-B on Westheimer and Kirkwood are always friendly, helpful, and professional. The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized, even during busy times. Produce is fresh, the bakery and deli are great, and checkout usually moves quickly. You can tell the employees work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Definitely appreciate having this H-E-B in the neighborhood!

This time, it was simply too much to justify. I bought country style boneless beef ribs. A 30 dollar pack. And all of them were cut half and inch wide. Effectively ruining them for my bbq. Ordered bread, completely crush. Ordered tortillas, only to open them last night and all them were lazily separated wth parchment paper. Most of them were absolutely stuck together and the entire pack just tore apart. 5 bucks down the drain. 3 dollar pack of corn tortillas ALL completely BROKEN in half when they got to me. When they know they're delivering the order, they give you the worst possible quality or just don't care about your order to protect it from damage. P.s. I decided to leave this review because you refused to make right the 5 bucks for the tortillas. Don't shop here.
