I had a random 20 dollar extra charge and the “manager” was clueless why it was charged and said she could do nothing about it. It did not even feel like I was talking to a manager because the customer service was sooooooo bad. Do better at hiring your employees HEB! Now, a couple weeks later, I try it again, and I’m missing TWO ITEMS 😂 I do not have another HEB near me so can yall just do your jobs correctly??

I used to buy these items every week but haven't because they are not only unappealing to the eye but also taste nasty!

- EEEthanMay 30, 20262.0Consistently one of the worst HEB locations I've been to. From Flys on the Asian meals, hlf-assed sushi, products never being faced or carts flooding parking spaces, the expierence is always that of a walmart. Not to mention the pharmacy didn't care to let me know my prescription wasn't in stock, I actually got a call telling me it was filled. So when I pulled up to pay I notice the bag is half full and had to ask why instead of being informed prior to even paying in person.
