- NNNorrisAug 13, 20261.0I don't know what is going on with the Grocery stores and food prices. But what I do know is THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE!! I have purchased at least 7 watermelons in the last few months and every one either tasted horrible or was bad!! Also the bananas like almost all black inside. And peaches and nectarines just made the list. HEB tall need to get it together. WE AS PEOPLE NEED TO WAKE UP AND COME TOGETHER.
- LLLeidiAug 2, 20261.0Another H-E-B curbside order, another ridiculously expired item. Today is August 2, and the pepperoni I received expired on June 14, that’s nearly seven weeks past the expiration date. This isn’t an isolated incident either. Not long ago I received hummus that had been expired for almost 2 weeks, and I had already started eating it before I noticed. What I don’t understand is how a store with such a large team can repeatedly overlook products that have been expired for this long. I also leave a note on every single curbside order asking shoppers to please check expiration dates and not substitute or include items that are close to expiring, yet it continues to happen. At this point, I’ve received more expired products from this H-E-B than from any other grocery store I’ve shopped at. It’s incredibly frustrating because I rely on curbside and expect basic quality control. I’m honestly at the point where I feel like I need to stop buying groceries here.
