- FGFelipe Garza2 days ago1.0I had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Monica and Miranda at the grocery store. Both of them acted incredibly unprofessional, rude, and completely uninterested in helping customers with SIMPLE Issues.Their attitudes made a simple shopping trip feel uncomfortable and stressful. Customer service clearly wasn’t a priority, and the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. If you work with the public, treating people with respect should be the bare minimum.

Went in today with my normal list for groceries minding my business when i noticed a woman (Later identified as Monica) following me and watching me like a criminal. I felt so uncomfortable i finally asked her “why are you following me?? Can i not shop in peace without feeling like a crook??.” To which she responded,” maam i can follow ANYONE in here if i pleased.” Now im irritated because WHY ME?? A DISABLED WOMAN!! Now another woman came in to the mix Miss Monica tells this girl (Later identified as Miranda) that she basically thinks im going to steal. AT THE FREAKIN GROCERY STORE!!! NOW! I have TWO AGGRESSORS IN MY FACE telling me to leave my basket and to leave the store. Long story short as a woman on Dialysis trying to shop after TREATMENT i will NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!

I usually love shopping at HEB, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. The security staff was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for Monica & Miranda. The way they spoke to me felt aggressive and extremely unprofessional, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never been treated this way at any grocery store before. I hope management addresses how customers are being spoken to, because no one should feel uncomfortable while simply trying to shop
