- NOnetty orcaJun 24, 20261.0The bakery needs help bad and asap. I ordered my twins a cake on Monday 6/22 for it to be ready on Wednesday 6/24. I gave them 2 days in advance bc I wanted to make sure it would be done. Wednesday came around and my cake was no where to be found. 3 bakers could not find my cake and just like that, they all gave up. They told me to give them a second and continued on their daily tasks while I just stood there. I asked a service manager for help getting the MIC. She was great, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She took me over where an MIC was waiting to either pack me a cake that was already displayed or make the one I originally ordered. I chose the one I order and then he goes on to say "this is too complicated"...... What's complicated about a red and pink cake with half red and half pink piping.......... They really threw me over the edge bc why offer to make it and then say it's too complicated?????? My kids favorite part about their birthday IS the cake. It feels horrible going for a cake they were excited for and leaving empty handed while your kids are bummed. Every one of the bakers need retraining in the "hospitality" and customer service part.

Dairy in 10 different places, aisles are not organized, meat is always out of stock. It’s disorganized and every worker has a bad attitude for no reason. I came here with kindness and only 1 person was helpful. Everyone else said “that’s so and so’s job”. Apparently no one can do their job.

I came into the store with my 2 little ones and he offered to push my cart and load out, even helped me pull my 3 year old out the cart since I’m baby wearing my 6 month old. Not once did he seem bothered, rushed or annoyed. I appreciate you so much David M., he deserves a bonus/raise for his dedication. <3
