- GTGiovanni Tsunami2 days ago1.0Generally speaking i havent had many bad experiences with HEB but I just tried to use their services desk and the lady working it was one of the rudest most unprofessional people ive ever spoken to wearing an HEB badge. Throughly disappointed eith their choice in staffing the customer service desk with someone who seemingly has the nastiest attitude. Like if you dont like dealing with the public ask for a different position how disgusting.

Asked if they could check what HEB would and just responded I can't, NO. Wow ok. No longer visiting here. I don't need to talk to anyone. Management should address it to the workers on how to explains things better instead just a NO.
