Bought Black Label bacon today. July 31st did not check expiration date but when I got home I saw it expired 10 days ago. It was a large package. Is there no quality control at this store? Tried to call but you can't ever speak with a manager. Person I spoke to on the phone was not apologetic or cared about the expired food. Customer service at this HEB is NOW awful.

Got a cake from here. The employee had the worst attitude, and did not write well/neatly on the cake. It was off center, different sizes, messed up letters, and the cursive on some letters is weird. The 'p' didn't look like the right letter. The girl who did it need to be trained in customer service. From the moment I had a question to ask her, she had an attitude and it only got worse. She needs to be trained in customer service. Snatching a cake and raising your voice because I was telling you I'd prefer it to be centered when you redo it is unnecessary. 2nd time around the writing was better, but her attitude was awful from start to end. Would not recommend asking her for help/assistance. She acts like she can't be bothered to answer a question. If you don't want to be bothered by customers, get another job because this isn't the one for you.

never have i had a bad experience in heb till i came to this location if i could put a -5 stars i would.power went out and everyone continued to shop as did i and when i got to fish section i opened the door to get a bag when a employee came up to me very aggressively and rude about opening the fridge and i quickly apologized cause no one was saying anything and others were also opening fridges even after apologizing the man continued to speak and say “if u wouldn’t do it at your own house why would you do it here” again i’m young and didn’t know we weren’t allowed to open fridge i thought it was very rude and disrespectful cause i even apologized before the interaction continued i understand it could be a stressful situation but it doesn’t mean be rude it’s completely unprofessional it honestly was quite disappointing just cause i shop at heb constantly and never had horrible customer service train your employees better or maybe hire better people from the start
