    The manager of this establishment Cheryl. Absolutely horrendous human being. The fact that she told me to come up there and see her personally let me know exactly what she wanted to happen when I got up there. I have never been in a fight before in my life and I'm not going to start over a grocery order that they got wrong. This is by far the worst HEB and management I have ever seen

    This is by far the worst HEB that has ever existed they never have anything but it's constantly listed online for delivery. If you don't have it marked not available or out of stock. And Cheryl is an absolutely disgusting human being the way she spoke to me on the phone horrible

    Use to beleive it was a family store with prices for Texans but now it's all about how much they can make .. Prices are not competitive I know where to go from now on

    Mi experiencia en este HEB el 7 de junio fue muy decepcionante. Ese día era el cumpleaños de mis hijas y madrugamos para comprar unos globos que no habíamos podido conseguir el día anterior. Aproximadamente a las 9:00 a.m. me acerqué al área de flores y globos y le pregunté de manera muy amable a una empleada que, si no me equivoco, se llamaba Rubí: “Hola, buenos días, ¿esta es tu área?”. Su respuesta fue simplemente “No”, con un tono seco, una actitud muy despectiva y sin ninguna intención de orientarme o ayudarme. Luego me dirigí al área de cajas para preguntar quién podía ayudarme con los globos. Una cajera preguntó a otra persona si podía atendernos, y escuché que respondieron: “Es hasta las 9:30”. Resultó ser la misma empleada. Finalmente tuvimos que esperar hasta las 9:37 a.m. para que apareciera. Cuando la vi le comenté: “Ah, entonces sí era tu área”. Ella respondió: “Sí, pero no cuando usted me preguntó”. Le dije que habría sido mucho más amable simplemente explicarme desde el principio que la atención en esa sección comenzaba a las 9:30. A partir de ese momento la atención fue aún peor: actitud desagradable, mala disposición y una evidente falta de servicio al cliente. Incluso sentí que me entregaba las cosas de mala gana. Entiendo que todos podemos tener días difíciles, pero la falta de amabilidad y profesionalismo fue muy evidente. Lo más triste es que se trataba de una compra especial para celebrar el cumpleaños de mis hijas. Esperaba una atención mucho más cordial de parte esta colaboradora del HEB.

    Be mindful ordering from this location especially with delivery services. You may not receive your order and their going to FAVOR is responsible because they shop your items and that is not true.! If you shop at any other HEB location not only are they going to get your order back out their definitely not going to tell you to reach out to FAVOR for a refund when you’re paying HEB.
