    Michelle at the flower section is such a lovely lady! She helped me out when a customer took my cart with my car keys inside. She got me in touch with the other workers that were able to help out. Oh and let’s not forget the beautiful flower arrangement she assembled for me. If you’re reading this, Thanks again!💕

    horrible experience. the other day i was shopping here and after a day we checked the groceries. although 2 items we checked out was missing. we came back to the H E B and asked that we had some missing items from our bags that we checked out. the manager checked the lost and found and said nothing was there. the manager also checked the cameras and said nothing was there. my family and i was sure there was something missing. we was very unsatisfied. the manager was really rude as well while trying to find out why there was some items missing. we got really angry and started a whole argument. the next day we had to return all the groceries. we was deeply disappointed and upset with this interaction. please fire the manager. she was extremely rude. the manager needs to learn respect for customers.

    I was talking to wife while I was bagging our items in the self checkout. I forgot to grab my bag after paying. Half way to my car a worker brought my bag to me. Amazing customer service.

    Please be advised that this is the second instance in which I have purchased organic milk from Central Market at this heb store that was found to be spoiled. This situation is concerning, as it suggests a potential issue with temperature control during restocking, and it unfortunately led to a child becoming ill after consuming the product.

    On friday april 10th This HEB’s employees are more concerned with the pokemon machine rather then their actual jobs. I come up to this HEB pretty much daily for lunch and normally there is never an issue, at the pokemon machines iv seen an employee use the machine once or twice but today it was really extreme behavior. I fortunately was at the store during a restock of the pokemon machine and once the stocker was finished the next 3 hrs the machine was guarded by employees even management. I circled back every 10mins cause i want to grt something for my kids but every time there was 2 employees pulling from the machine then going back to there jobs, one was a cart pusher the orher was a cashier clearly still on the clock. As i walk up to the machinea last time. There was 2 managers on shift that blocked me from using it and lied about how the machine works. They told me it didnt have any stock and was all sold out, i guess they didnt see me waiting at the restock but to lie about what the machine does was off putting. Once they realized i wasnt walking away. They blocked the machine to then have something finally unlock, the lady blocking me a manager by the name of danielle then yells out to the cashiers “did you want any of this?” Then once she got her answer she then left. This is highly unprofessional, the machines are ment for the public not just the employees at the store. Again one of the managers name was danielle the other was a heavy set African American lady. This store is respectfully big on no loitering and i respect that 100% so it was upsetting to see how this same store allows their employees to loiter at their own discretion.
