  Alberto in the seafood department was incredible. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a supermarket. He was attentive, hilarious, and gave great recommendations! We will be back to this location every weekend :)

  This HEB has an area where you can buy food that’s cooked , they had caldo but I don’t know if it had ox tails or kangaroo , anyways I stood there forever and the employees helped everyone else but me, I didn’t say anything , just patiently waiting go help, there’s two employees helping one customer and I was their first, but I still waited patiently, she looked white and I look brown skin Hispanic and indigenous, I’ll never come here again, if you don’t have white skin and speak Spanish they treat you like trash

  Not a great location. Management needs to do something about the disgusting restroom situation. When I used to come as a kid there were restrooms near the fruit/ vegetable area and the bank area. The first got turned into a personal shopper area? At least keep the only remaining bathroom clean.

  The cashier was not ringing anyone up she was standing there on her phone texting or scrolling never greeted me. I grabbed the Cajun Fried rice from the sushi side they were closing shortly so I asked the cashier if it was discontinued since it she said ummmm for what I said it has a sell by a certain time she said no don’t think so. I asked her to call a manager instead of calling a manager she walked to talk to the manager about asked the manager the same question she said why I explained it to her and she snatched the food off the register and said no I can’t sell it then I’m not discounting it we don’t do that here Her name was Josselem and the cashier is joecelyn both were rude and need training or a new job

  Today at 6:30 pm me and my husband were in line people were in front of us and they all walked away there was a register open that no one walked to the man in front of us walked towards the candy didn’t even have anything on his hands he didn’t even place anything on the register because he wasn’t ready to pay there’s people behind him that are ready to pay so how we supposed to know that he was on that register when he walked straight to where the candy is ? Then he get annoyed and makes a noise and it’s mad we are using the register when he wasn’t even ready to pay and then the machine stopped us from letting us pay and he said “there you go “ like what does that supposed to mean ?? Then a partner that was behind us in line asked him if we were in his register or skipped him and he said “ yes but I’m not even going to worry about it” he was wearing like a gray with dark blue on his short and dark blue shorts and was wearing glasses with shorts and I’m sure he works at the store but for some reason we can read minds and figure out he was going to pay at a self checkout register that he didn’t even walk to because he wasn’t even ready to pay. It annoying when workers act like it’s our fault when all we trying to do is pay and get out of there I’m a partner myself in another location I will never ever treat people close to what he was doing and that was way too much how we supposed to read minds when he could’ve look at us and say I’m next just grabbing something quick or just wait until you are ready instead of saying rude things in front of myself and my family or being rude / angry about a situation that could’ve been handled respectfully
