- QBquiana burrellAug 21, 20261.0This location’s cashier, Joana S, is very rude and extremely one of the most unprofessional cashiers I have ever met in my life. Clearly, when a customer is speaking with general courtesy “How are you doing” she feels that she can be cold and distant at her job. From now on I will go back to curbside or just visit the HEB in Pearland where the cashiers there are more friendly and actually act like they enjoy their jobs.
- RCRachael CrosbyAug 17, 20262.0Came in at 7:21 to buy a bottle of wine for my husband to enjoy with dinner and the guy at the self check out refused to sell us the bottle made us wait for the manager and said we smelled like alcohol.. funny thing is I dont drink.. I can't im allergic.. Will not be coming back to this location. Manager should have made him apologize for assuming such an absurd thing. Neither one gave us an explanation of how we smelled of alcohol..

Their systems went down, And instead of announcing it so that everyone knows, they just let everyone shop to then have to wait in a long line that never moved. They said it should be up quickly. Nope. This is absurd. They wasted everyone's time when they could easily have announced what was going on. I will never come back to this heb.
- NGNicole GomezAug 9, 20262.0We are currently in HEB in line at this location and it's been 40 minutes that the systems are ALL Down. The lady next to us has been in line for one hour. I do have frozen items. I will have to put those back now. People are ditching their carts left and right. DO BETTER HEB. DO BETTER.
