  Worst HEB in town…Items literally always out of stock, very little space to move, and careless staff, especially cashiers, who often lack knowledge when asked for assistance - not helpful at all. Not to mention restroom is closed an hour before store closes. No consideration for paying customers

  Came to grab a few groceries today and happened to have the best grocery bagger I have ever seen in my years of both shopping and working at a grocery store myself. Shout out to AJ for handling all of my items efficiently and with care. I normally have to rebag things once I get to the car, but much to my surprise every item was beautifully packaged and organized. Items that needed to be double bagged were and I didn’t even have to ask. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for him when I come back

  When I tell yall I LOOOVVVE THIS HEB, because they are the nicest out of all the other HEB's I've been to. This is my favorite and I love coming here. Both store and pharmacy are very courteous workers and recommend to all. Thank you to all the partners here for understanding and yall's kindness and I hope this message gets to all of them.

  This is the worst interaction I had with a staff member at HEB her name is JATASIA. This was my first time visiting this location, and I only had four items. When I attempted to pay by tapping my card, a message appeared on the screen asking for a phone number. During this process, I heard JATASIA say, “ONE MORE TIME!” three times within approximately 10 seconds. I understand that she may have been asking me to try the payment again, but the way it was communicated came across as rude and unprofessional. A simple and courteous statement such as, “Would you mind trying your card payment one more time?” would have been much more appropriate and respectful. Customers should not feel rushed, spoken down to, or uncomfortable when making a purchase. I believe JATASIA would benefit from additional training on customer service, communication, and how to appropriately address customers, particularly when there is an issue with a payment. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on me, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
