  I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop today. From the moment we walked in, the customer service felt unwelcoming. The employee did not greet us and instead asked, “Do you need help?” in a tone that came across as frustrated and impatient. My boyfriend and I were purchasing flowers, and the entire process felt unnecessarily confusing. The employee printed out a label and told us we needed to pay first. When I selected my bouquet, she again told me I needed to pay, without taking the time to properly explain the pricing or ask what type of wrapping paper I wanted. I selected flowers from the $3 and $8 sections, so I asked for a breakdown when I was told my total was $30. The employee explained that the label was $10 and that wrapping paper could cost $8, but I was never asked which wrapping option I wanted or informed of these additional charges beforehand. She also told my boyfriend a different price for wrapping paper, stating that it was $4. When I asked for clarification about the inconsistent pricing, her response was essentially that she did not know. My concern is not simply the price. It is the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and dismissive attitude when I asked reasonable questions about what I was being charged for. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but customers should not feel like an inconvenience for wanting to understand their purchases. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression on both of us. A little courtesy, clear communication, and consistent pricing information would have made a significant difference. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers can have a more welcoming and professional shopping experience.

  HEB Bunkerhill saved my wedding! The morning of my wedding my florist unexpectedly canceled on me with no backup plan. We called the florist department at HEB and Maria and her team managed to put together emergency table arrangements for us in the span of 3-hours. I can’t even explain how greatful I am to the team here. They truly saved my wedding day. If you are ever in need of florals go see Maria. They are THE BEST!!!!

  It really shouldn’t be that hard to budget 5 minutes of your time to pop inside HEB to pick up (1) can of compressed air (1) box of Hostess ScaryCakes and (1) $50 academy sports + outdoors gift card. But I was here for almost 30 minuets. And your store is a complete maze. And none of your employees know where anything is (or their English is so bad they don’t even understand the question) and you stopped stocking compressed air (big mistake) and you haven’t started stocking the Hostess seasonal products yet (if ever) and I could’ve bought an Academy gift card anywhere Worst HEB of them all!

  I’ve been shopping at this location for 8 years and some point within the last year the quality of the bakery has gone way down. I buy all of our special occasion cakes, sweet treats, weekly bread and tortillas here. They were always great however lately cookies are super salty and undercooked, cakes are dense and mushy like they weren’t baked long enough or at a high enough temperature. Muffins will be the same wet dense and weird texture as cakes. Tortillas will have a weird mildew smell and mold right away because they’re packed too hot. Bread isn’t fully baked. I keep giving them a chance because I think it’s a one off thing but it keeps consistently happening. I bought my mom a pineapple cake Friday and blueberry muffins for Saturday brunch and they were both disgusting.
