- MBMika Burgs5 days ago1.0I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake on Thursday 10/22 for pickup 10/24 for my wife’s birthday party. Not only did they NOT have the cake, but NO record of my order even though I was told by manager Jose to come in and order and IT WAS PAID FOR!!!! The manager Brandon said the best he could do was give me half off for their inconvenience! Poor ass customer service and management!!

- FBFrehiwot BefekaduSep 23, 20261.0I would like to share a concern regarding the meat I recently purchased from this H-E-B. This is the third time I have experienced the same issue. When I arrived home and opened the package to prepare the meat immediately, the top portion appeared fresh and bright red. However, after removing the top portion, I noticed that the meat underneath was significantly darker and brown in color and appeared noticeably different from what was visible on top. I understand that meat can naturally change color due to exposure to oxygen, but the difference in appearance was concerning, especially since this has happened to me multiple times. I have taken a photograph showing the condition of the meat for reference. I hope H-E-B will review this issue and evaluate the packaging and handling of the meat to ensure customers are receiving products that meet expected quality standards.
