Today; Saturday i visited got my froceries go to the checkouts see all of the manned checkouts with 4-5 people waiting so i go to the 25 item self check out i put 90% of my groceries on the conveyor before the lady looks at me and tells me i have too many items if she let me do it shed have to let everybody else. Keep in mind you have 4 people standing around watching these self checkouts. There was not a single customer in the 10 item or 25 item lanes. I tell her let who else come theres nonhody here. So before i walk off i look at your store manager whos standing with the poeple at the self checkout also doing nothing and tell him to his face i cant belive your paying 4 people to stand here and waste people time like that the lady really sat there and let me unload my entire cart. I go to one of the other checkouts the two girls there check me out the bagger stick all my items into 4 bags so when i load them into my car all my groceries fall out of the bag as soon as i put them in the trunk. I figure whatever ill deal with it when i get home. Close my trunk and start driving off. One of the peaches which fell out of the bag loged itself in the latch the trunk didnt close so when I drive slaway half my grocieres fall out of the trunk and scatter across the freeway. I try to do the survey on the receipt but turns out somebody reprinted my recipt and did my survey already. Its been 30 minutes. Survey code is 756053026525947311 cashier was Jailene G. We checked out at 12:57 pm not sure the people at the self checkouts name but im not coming to this store again. Your employees are rude and will laugh at you after they intentionally waste your time. Then they will do your customer surveys on their own. Whatever metrics your recieving on those surveys are fake.
