THANK YOU TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE THAT ANSWERED MY CALL TODAY ABOUT MY BABIES ALLERGENIC INFANT FORMULA AND TOOK HIS TIME TO ACTUALLY CHECK TO SEE IF THE ITEM WAS IN THE AISLE BEFORE CONFIRMING. I DROVE TO 4 DIFFERENT STORES AND NONE HAD MY BABIES FORMULA. IF I CANT COUNT ON A STORE I KNOW I CAN COUNT ON HEB!

I make a quick trip during lunch and reached behind her for a fruit tray, but said excuse me politely. The tray slipped and she turned and says “that’s for reaching from behind me” and continues to have a conversation with another associate. I replied “I said excuse me?!?” RUDE. Do not come to work if you aren’t in a good mood.

- CACoribbea AmesApr 25, 20261.0I strongly recommend that others reconsider shopping at this location. I would rather drive farther to another store than continue wasting my time and money here. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen containers of strawberries with visible mold sitting right on top, in plain view. It’s hard to believe employees are not noticing this—at this point, it reflects a lack of care. I really wish I could have got pictures of the strawberries, I’m sure they will still be there if I go again lol. Most recently, I purchased a loaf of bread that turned out to be completely moldy, which was extremely frustrating and immediately ruined my meal. Situations like this are unacceptable. This pattern raises serious concerns about quality control and attention to customer health and safety. I expect better from H-E-B, and it’s disappointing to see standards fall this low at this location. I hope management takes immediate action to address these ongoing issues.

She went off on me saying that it was “crazy” that I would ask for help when she was already helping someone else, when I was simply letting her know I needed help next. I’ve never been disrespected for simply asking for help before. What a horrible miserable woman. Thank you to whoever ended up helping me, obviously it wasn’t Tasha. Tasha, fix your attitude. You can’t be yelling at people who are asking for help when you work in customer service. THAT’S crazy.
