  A little awkward if you don’t park on the second floor as you have to negotiate, dropping off and picking up your cart at the bottom of an escalator. It can get crowded very easily, but the employees are friendly and helpful.

  I wish that I could give you ZERO Stars!! It’s 12:32 pm and I still don’t have my Order!! I’ve spoken with Amy who said that she’s a member of management, Zero help!! Now on hold waiting for Kendra who also said that she is a member of management Zero Help or Support!! I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes now!! 12:34 HEB is stealing my money! I paid for a service and goods! Lequeint is the store leader!! Believe it or not I just got off the phone 12:21pm WOW, I expected this from Walmart!

  Floral department is great, I needed a special birthday flower arrangement and Olivia worked with me on flower and container choices. She created a LOVELY arrangement, just what I needed, in the middle of this bustling big store. PS, we shop here for groceries every week and really like it.

  I used to love love love this store but it’s gone down hill fast. Very poor customer service and rude management. John specifically is very rude to customers and doesn’t care about customer outcomes, just clocking out at the end of his shift. It’s sad because this store used to be filled with the most enthusiastic customer service and a great place for teens to work as well. After my experience here, I would never want my teen to work and learn in an environment like this under this type of management. However, there are still a few familiar gems in the store that try to offset poor members of management. I will be moving my business to another location like the one on heights blvd. Not that far and definitely worth the drive, the store has more to offer and better people skills.

  Love how they keep the layout the same and not changing it every few months making it harder to find things like some other retailers do. I DO NOT like how since the pandemic all HEB stores do not have wipes to disinfect the shopping carts or hand-held baskets and I have to bring my own wipes. Yes the have a pump with sanitizer but no napkins are provided to use the solution to wipe surfaces. The other day I saw someone dig in their nose then get a shopping cart and proceed into the store. Clearly people are still nasty and disgusting with no care for the health and safety of others, just passing germs. This is why we need disinfectant antibacterial wipes! This location keeps a lot of things in stock which is good considering this is a high traffic location. Well except for the supplement, whole body area. This section doesnt see to keep items in stock and have a hard time getting those items back especially Now brand supplements.The workers there are always helpful. Over the past year they have scaled back on some items they used to sale but that is probably a supply chain issue of what they can get and are willing to carry in stores. I enjoy the service at the bakery and butcher departments. Overall not a bad shopping experience and glad it is the closest location to me.
