- NTN Travis3 days ago1.0EDIT: Why would I call you? To leave a voice-mail that will never get returned? The parking garage is a nightmare. 15 to 20 minutes just to find parking and no one directing traffic. The parking here is worse than the Bunker Hill location. Once inside you can barely move through the cramped, narrow isles and the curbside shoppers making sure to block your way with their carts and act like you're the inconvenience. Rude employees and horrible parking garage makes this my first and last visit.

He took the time to put them back in the bag and tied it so they couldn't fall out again and roll around the back of the car. I really appreciated his diligence and the level of service he provided.

- HHHamzaAug 13, 20261.0Very rude and unprofessional behavior from restroom attendant Maria H-E-B has always been one of my favorite places to shop but I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location A restroom attendant named Maria repeatedly banged loudly on the restroom door from outside while calling out loudly and repeatedly spraying air freshener in an aggressive and unpleasant way This felt disrespectful and humiliating I was in the restroom for only about six or seven minutes Because I have had asthma since childhood the strong spray made it difficult for me to breathe and I felt like I was choking It was around 9 PM and the store was not closing I spoke with the supervisor Sergio afterward He was respectful listened to my concerns and said he would look into the situation I hope H-E-B takes this seriously because I have always had positive experiences at H-E-B until this incident
