  The lady named Regina is very rude and disrespectful she was rude and she didn’t want to assist me so I had to ask someone else and by the time I got to the register I didn’t want anything no more she make me not want to shop here anymore

  All the workers are eager to help. There's a worker outside that as soon as he sees me, he goes ti get me a card. He won't let me put my groceries into the car, he wants to do it for me! He even watched my two very expensive dogs so no one would steal them. One of th e managers even makes sure they stock my favorite brand of tea. I love this place - l won't shop for groceries anywhere else.

  August 3, 2026 I visited the store as I have done for the past 4 years to pay rent at the business center. When Winston ask what I needed I told him I needed to money gram my rent thur residential pay. Winston handed me a send money form. I filled it out. This was my second time Winson help me and he gave me problems. Today Winston ask me for the company name. I had NEVER been asked that before. I looked on my apartment app and was not able to find it. I did tell him residential pay and if he could use the phone number or account to look up my transaction. Winston said "NO" he proceeded to said there was a company policy change and that I needed the company's "NAME" i was sending the money to. I told him over and over that the other business center people has never ask me for a company. I patiently waited until my apartment office opens. The office rep ask me why I needed it for money gram a residential payment. I told her what Winston said it was a new policy. After getting the property name AMERICAN EQUITY" my account number, my ID, the phone number that I have been using for the past 4 years Winston was not able to find it in your system. I decided to drive home get my receipt for this year . All 7 of them, spoke with you store manager which was very nice. I decide to allow people to skip me because Winston was very rude, unapologetic and only was nice to people of his one race. When to the window with Ana she took my form I fill out the same way ask me was it residential I said yes and took my payment without asking for the company's name . It is very upsetting that "ALL" of your business center associated do not do the same thing.. If have the company's name is a policy Ana should not have taken my payment . Winston is was very rude. When I explained to the Manager he ask me who did I speak to he said oh he speaks to people very stern and straight forward. That told me that Winston has upset more people . A manger should have good thing to say about his associated like " i am surprised he/she alway so nice or I haven't never had a problem from him/ her... Not hes very stern and straight forward. There is no place for stern and straight forward people in customer service. This policy should be presented somewhere that residential moneygram payment need a "company name" here at foodtown. Winston is not nice at all.
